Seren Loft (Loft of Stars) holiday cottage, situated between the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Cambrian Mountains, is an ideal location to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside, whether on foot, bike, train or car. Only 5 mins walk from Cynghordy station on the beautiful Heart of Wales Railway Line (4 trains a day in each direction).

Arranged in a coaching house fashion, the accommodation is all on one level on the first floor. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, full size bath with shower head, satellite tv, stereo cd/radio, a large collection of board games, puzzles, books, maps and free unlimited wifi/internet connection. Fully central heated it also has a log burning stove, complete with a free basket of logs - and an old welsh rocking chair to relax in.

Guests are very welcome to explore and enjoy the 1.6 acres of gardens and grounds. Wildlife abounds with over 30 species of birds spotted, Viviparous lizards sunbathing in the meadow and wild orchids growing near the picnic area. This area is also a 'Dark Sky' zone and the Milky Way is easily visible on clear nights.

Lovely and spacious Airbnb. Fully equipped with all you may need on your stay. Enjoyed the wood burner and tranquil setting. A lovely spot for star gazing too. Would highly recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
