Beautifully secluded 4-bedroom villa, set in the countryside of central Algarve at 10 - 15 minutes from the bustling market town of Loulé, Vilamoura, and the picturesque beach of Olhos d'Água .... 30 km from Faro airport.

Ideal freestanding retreat, allowing every guest to enjoy his own privacy and space.

The villa with 4 double bedrooms is built on two levels. You reach the main entrance on the first floor over a little bridge.

On the first floor you have a spacious lounge / dining area with log fire, TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster, as well as a 1 bedroom with two separate beds and a separate bathroom with shower.

Living / dining area, kitchen and bedroom have direct access to a covered terrace with fantastic view to the private pool and garden and the surrounding hills.

Spacious terraces to enjoy your meals, have a barbecue, drink a glass of wine in the evening (moonshine on the hills, crickets chirping).

Downstairs (on the groundfloor) are 3 of the 4 bedrooms : the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom + bath) and another 2 bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms + shower). Large wardrobes in every room.

Really relaxing bedrooms with direct access to the ground floor terrace / patio, private pool and garden. Same view over the surrounding countryside as the rooms upstairs since the house is built against the hill.

On the groundfloor you also have a very practical laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

The 4-bedroom villa has been built according to the highest specifications with double walls, completely insulated so always cool in summer and nicely warm during wintery evenings.

Smokers are welcome, but please have a smoke on the terrace

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
