About the home

Detached 5 bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool. Centrally located 10 min walk to village of Carvoeiro with its lovely town, beach and many restaurants. Ideal for families with its large furnished and covered terraces and mature landscaped gardens.

Views of the sea, Carvoeiro and surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from the terraces. The charming landscaped front garden fringing the private driveway creates a lovely first impression as you enter the villa. The private pool will attract guests who want to spend time in the sun surrounded by terraces equipped with sun loungers and tables and chairs. The pool terrace is bordered by a neat lawn and BBQ area.

The charming villa has a shaded front veranda which opens into a tastefully furnished lounge with a wood burning stove. The lounge is linked to the dining room which leads to a separate modern well equipped kitchen. 3 of the 5 bedrooms boast their own en-suite, ideal for families.

There is very spacious parking at least 3 cars at the front of villa and 3 at rear of villa all secure off road parking.
The villa is located on a large plot with excellent sea and costal views. There are large well maintained gardens.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Carvoeiro is known to be one of the prettiest village in the Algarve, it is also in an ideal location within easy access of the Algarve's main Historic & tourist attractions. It is approx 15 min drive to the historic market town of Silves.

Within 5km of Carvoeiro is the Lagoa winery where tours can be arranged.
Zoomarine, Aqualand and slide and splash are all within 10 to 25 min drive of Carvoeiro.

The Carvoeiro / Praia de Carveiro area

The village of Carvoeiro started as a very small intimate fishing village. Today, the village spreads out to cover three main streets each lined with bars, smart restaurants and tourist shops. The choice of this location for a holiday is popular also because of the variety and attractiveness of its many small beaches.

High cliffs surround most of these beaches and some of which have eroded to create beckoning dark caves. Beaches to visit are Praia de Centianes, Praia de Carvalho, Praia de Benagil, Praia da Marinha and Praia da Albandeira.
