About the home

Apartment Louise boasts an ideal central position, within the former fishing village of Carvoeiro. Although within a 3 minute walk of the centre and access to many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, due to its elevated position , there is no noise to disturb you. The balcony is an ideal position from which to watch the world go by.
This apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, and comfortable lounge with satellite T:V., and stereo. Both bedrooms have single beds with the master bedroom benefitting from an en suite shower room. There is an additional bathroom with bath. Air conditioning throughout ensures your comfort. There is an internal lift available for your convenience.

This location is within 100 metres of Carvoeiro beach. Many other beaches are nearby, as are water slide parks, zoo marine and algarve shopping centre.( A 20 minute drive away). There are two golf courses nearby and Carvoeiro clube de tenis has gym and tennis facilities.

Both short and long term rentals are available. Should this property be booked please contact me as I have other properties available in the same location.
On arrival date the property is available for guests occupation from 13.00 hours. On departure date guests must vacate the property by 10.00 hours.
If payment involves bank transfers any costs must be incurred by the guests.
Smoking only allowed on external balcony.

Conditions

Prices may be subject to change at owner's discretion.
Terms of payment, non refundable 25% as confirmation of booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Towels changed weekly, linen once a week. Beach towels are not provided.
Security deposit of 100 pounds is required.
Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area

Carvoeiro was a small fishing village which despite development has retained its scenic appeal and is devoid of high rise buildings. It has two golden sandy beaches, Carvoeiro beach which adjoins the village square is a beautiful cove, bordered by cliffs and restaurants. Sun loungers, parasols and jet skis can be hired. This apartment is situated within a few minutes walk of Carvoeiro beach.. Parasio beach is also nearby and is perfect for snorkelling.
There are an abundance of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and pockets, shops, banks, mini markets, daily fresh produce market,, post office, chemist, doctors surgeries, taxi rank and bus service. All within walking distance.
Carvoeiro club de Tennis has tennis and gym facilities. Scuba diving and horse riding can be arranged locally.
The nearest water park at Lagoa is a five minute drive and guarantees a fun filled day for the more energetic. Zoo Marine, at Guia, 15 minutes by car, the aquatic zoo,is another popular venue where you can pre book to swim with the dolphins.

Fly to Faro airport. This apartment is a 40 to 50 minute drive form the airport. Cheap flights to Faro are available form most local airlines including easy jet, monarch, thomsom, ryan air and more, which depart from most regional uk airports.
We can recommend car hire companies and arrange airport transfers. Full directions supplied.
