Apartment Louise boasts an ideal central position, within the former fishing village of Carvoeiro. Although within a 5 minute walk of the centre and access to many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, due to its elevated position , there is no noise to disturb you. The balcony is an ideal position from which to watch the world go by. This apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, and comfortable lounge with satellite T:V., and stereo. Both bedrooms have single beds with the master bedroom benefitting from an en suite shower room. There is also a sofabed in the lounge that will accommodate 2 people. There is an additional bathroom with bath. Air conditioning throughout ensures your comfort. There is an internal lift available for your convenience.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve averages 3000 hours of sunshine each year, more than the Costa Brava, Majorca and the French Riveria. The province is located in the far south of Portugal, bordered by the Atlantic on two sides and by mountains to the east. It stretches from the Spanish border westwards to Cape St.Vincent. 150 miles of Portugal's coast is formed by cliffs overlooking numerous golden sandy beaches. Places to visit include the mountains of Monchique, Silves Castle, and the capital of Portugal, Lisbon which has many historical buildings.
Carvoeiro / Central Carvoeiro area
Carvoeiro was a small fishing village, which has a sandy beach from which short boat trips can be taken. It has two beautiful golf courses, Pinta and Gramacho, within a 5 minute drive. Pinta being a championship course. There are numerous other courses within a 20 minute drive, ie Penina and Villamoura, which boasts 5 courses.
How to get there
Fly to Faro airport. Apartment Louise is a 40 to 50 minute drive from the airport. Cheap flights to Faro are available from many local airlines including easy jet, monarch, thomson fly, bmi baby and more, departarting from most regional u.k., airports. We can supply car hire and airport transfers. Alternatively these can be arranged by yourselves in the u.k.

Further details outdoors: This location is within 100 metres of Carvoeiro beach. Many other beaches are nearby, as are water slide parks, zoo marine and algarve shopping centre.( A 20 minute drive away). There are two golf courses nearby and Carvoeiro clube de tenis has gym and tennis facilities.

Both short and long term rentals are available. Should this property be booked please contact me as I have other properties available in the same location. On arrival date the property is available for guests occupation from 13.00 hours. On departure date guests must vacate the property by 10.00 hours. If payment involves bank transfers any costs must be incurred by the guests.
Conditions
Prices may be subject to change at owner's discretion. Terms of payment, non refundable 25% as confirmation of booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Towels changed weekly, linen once a week. Beach towels are not provided. Security deposit against damages is required. Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover.
