This modern air conditioned 4 bedroom villa has it's own private garden with Hot Tub, plus a roof terrace, and is just moments away from the Clube Golfe Mar development on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, there is the wonderful shared pool, Restaurant and Snack bar, and Vale do Milho golf course is just at the end of the garden. The perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.

Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the lively fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfe Mar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away. The resort also has it's own communal pool Lighthouse Restaurant and Snack Bar.This superbly appointed villa is situated in a tranquil position and is just metres from the large communal swimming pool area, kids pool and the Vale do Milho Golf Course is within throwing distance!

The house is immaculate throughout, with quality decor and furnishings. The living areas, kitchen, a twin and double bedroom and Family shower room with WC are at entrance level, with a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Hairdryer provided.There is a built-in sound system – plug in your iPod and listen throughout the house – including in the bathrooms! Each room has its own volume control and on/off switch.The villa also has the luxury of electric shutters throughout which can be controlled individually by a button next to each window, or all shutters can be opened by a master switch inside front door.

Free Wifi provided via fast broadband internet.

Living Rooms - Large air conditioned* living dining room with high quality furnishings and comfy sofas. Patio doors leading to a covered terrace and the garden.

Kitchen - Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel sink unit and drainer, oven, hob and extractor unit, washing machine, integrated dish washer and fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a window overlooking garden. Bedroom 2 is a twin-bedded room with air conditioning, wardrobes, sliding patio doors leading to the garden and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, electric 'Heatwafer' radiator, air conditioning, sliding patio doors leading to outside, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a very large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, patio doors to the garden, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms - All bathrooms are clean, modern white suites. Ensuite bathroom to Bedroom 2 has a bath with shower over, vanity wash basin unit with mirror above, WC and heated towel rail. Ensuite bathroom to Bedroom 3 has shower over bath, vanity wash basin unit with mirror above, WC and heated towel rail. Ensuite to Bedroom 4 has a large white corner Jacuzzi bath, separate double shower cubicle with Perspex door, twin vanity wash basin unit with mirrors above, WC and heated towel rail. The Family shower room has a fully enclosed shower cubicle with tiled walls and perspex door, WC, basin, and heated towel rail.Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in rental costs. These are changed twice a week when the villa is cleaned. Maid service included, with English-speaking maid.

*Air conditioning/heating is available, upon prior request, for an additional charge of 185€ per week.

Hot tub 60€ for the 1st week and 6€ per day thereafter.

Baby equipment such as Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

In secluded corner of the private garden is a fabulous Hot tub, and a large lawned garden with shrubs and mature trees. Use of the Hot Tub needs to be by prior arrangement, and there is a small additional charge. There is a covered terrace, BBQ area with a brick-built gas barbecue with tiled surround and cupboards beneath perfect to enjoy alfresco dining, with a large outside dining table with seating for 8 people, plus outside lighting.

From the garden there are great views across the Vale do Milho Golf Course.Within a few minutes stroll the Clube Golfe Mar complex has communal pool, gardens and Lighthouse Bar and Grill Restaurant and snack bar.

There is ample car parking to the front of the property.

Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
