The perfect spot for a family barbecue after a day at the beach. Guests are also welcome to explore the four acres of communal grounds that include an orchard as well as various vantage points over the creek and towards the quay

There are two allocated parking spaces outside the front door. Additional unrestricted on-street parking is available on Riverside Road.

The village pub The Red Lion Inn is a 2-minute walk around the corner. The Red Lion also hosts the village shop and Post Office. A 10-minute walk will take you to The Quay where you will find the Ferry Boat Inn and The Anchorstone Café as well as ferries to the National Trust's Greenway house and gardens, and Dartmouth. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach - a 10-minute drive away.
