“Wonderfull apartments, beatiful residence” Dear Zivile, thank you very much for our lovely journey in Tenerife. The Apartment was really really lovely and it is worth more than anyone can expect from just the picture...it is very very beatifull. The Tenerife Royal Garden is a very quiet and beatiful residence, very safe in the night with a guardian. No noise at all (except the lounge sound of the ocean right in front of the balcony) and absolutely very clean. The sea is just a few steps away from the front door and for anyone lazy like us, the swimming pool do the rest for any sunny time. All the shops are around the residence. Highly raccomended. We will come back for sure next year.

“Relaxing Stress-Free Holiday” The apartment was modern and comfortable. I went with my 17 year old son and there was plenty for us both to do. Very close to the beach and the pool area so it was ideal for us. There were 2 negatives:- 1. there was no sea view from the balcony as a neighbours garden was overgrown. We rarely used th balcony so it dod not affect our enjoyment. 2. The property is advertised as having A/C, but in fact this is an extra that you have to pay for - IT IS NOT INCLUDED. This should be stated in the advert - we ended up just coping with the heat as I objected to having to pay extra for something which looked as though it was included in the price.

“Spotlessly clean in lovely quiet position” Two of us stayed in this ground floor apartment for a week in February during poor weather but the apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly had been recently refurbished. Everything seemed to be new. A lovely terrace gets sun in the afternoon and evening and overlooks the pool but is still quite private because of the layout of walls and trees. Inside the 2 bedrooms are not large, but perfectly adequate, and the 2 bathrooms ( 1 en-suite) are nicely presented. For 2 people there is lots of space of course and 4 would be fine. The fact that there are only double beds may prove problematic for some families or other group dynamics. The natural light for the second bedroom is borrowed light via glass tiles to the living/kitchen area. The air conditioning and ceiling fans would be a big plus in hot weather and an integral safe in one bedroom is a thoughtful touch. TVs in each room. The decor looked a bit overpowering in the photos but it's fine when you're there. The complex was very well looked after and attractive. One communal terrace has sea views and we noticed a pool attendant when the sun came out. The pool is not heated but cleaned each morning. Usual towels on sunbeds all day ( why don't places ban this!). Beaches are only 50 metres away from the front door. Arrival and departure arrangements were both smooth as the owner lives on the complex, which could be handy if there are any problems.

“Tenerife Royal Gardens” My wife and I stayed in this lovely apartment for one week at the beginning of March. It is located within the Tenerife Royal Gardens Complex. The apartment is very modern and extremely well equipped. There is a private terrace which gets the sun from 10am until 3pm. The location of the apartment is ideal and is minutes away from lovely beaches shops and has lots of lovely restaurants. The owner Alex was very pleasant and helpful in dealing with our queries. We would highly recommend this apartment And plan a return visit

Excellent apartment

I have just returned from an eleven day break in this apartment. I was very pleased with all the facilities it provides and there was nothing that was missing during our stay. On the day of our arrival we were met by the owner Cosetta and there was nothing that she was unable to help or advise us on for our stay. If we had any questions they were also answered very timeously I was pleasantly surprised on the speed of the Wi-Fi in the apartment. The only issue which is unrelated to the actual apartment is that the pool area which was clean and had plenty of sunbeds and not the usual scrum to get sunbeds as they are locked and secured until 0930 was that there were no available parasols to afford some shade during the day but this could only be overcome by using the shade provided by the palm trees in the pool area. This however is beyond the control of the owner of the apartment. This did not spoil our holiday. I would stay here again if we return to Tenerife … see more

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants but also very quiet. It has 2 large bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. Evgeny was very responsive and we were greeted by Bogdan who was friendly and helpful, although we already know that part of Tenerife very well. The only problem was with the wi fi in the apartment which didn't work, apparently there was a problem with the hub which wasn't resolved while we were there. Just returned from a week in this apartment had the best time. Everything you could need was in the apartment including beach/pool towels and the water filter tap was a god send. Balcony was lovely overlooking the promenade and with sea views. Will definitely miss my time sat watching the world go by. Great location for all local attractions and a short walk to the beach. Complex very clean and staff very friendly. Security on complex 24/7 which made us feel safe and secure. Pool very clean, lifeguards on duty each day and pool is easily accessible. The apartment is a good size for a family of 4, included washing machine, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette. Air con machine was a slight disappointment as it did not filter to all rooms and was an additional cost of €1 for 80 minutes. From speaking with other residents/holiday makers some AC was included in other apartments on the complex. Owner very helpful and flexible with dates and maintained good contact throughout the purchase of the holiday and we would recommend them to other holiday makers for their next holiday in Tenerife.
