I am sorry to hear you had a bad time because of the scooter. I actually never advised that a scooter could be kept or charged near the house. I only said you can get to the house on a scooter. We also have a garage where the scooter could have been parked. We've had low mobility guests before you and they didn't have any problems getting around. I presume everybody is different.
