“Ggood location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach” The location was very good, close to the pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. Several small super markets nearby.. The apartment was clean and generally in good order it had all the facilities and well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The furniture on both patios was very comfortable. Sun on the patios in February was 13.00 until 17.00. Unfortunately the bath and hand towels were thin and threadbare. The worst fault was the bath which had several large rust spots (through to the metal) and the grouting could benefit from replacement. Our biggest disappointment was finding out on our final receipt that the towels and bedding would only be changed on our leaving at the end of our 2 week stay. You could arrange fresh towels and sheets via the maid for a fee. The other disappointment was the fee for sunbeds etc in the complex was 10 euro per day. The sun beds etc in all the other Santiago resorts were included in the rental.

“Wonderful property in playa blanca” We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Villa Tamara. What a lovely property! Beautifully presented with everything you need for a great holiday. Spotlessly clean. The pool area and pool itself were amazing- we were blessed with good weather so spent many hours swimming and reading. The location is perfect- close to bus routes and a 5 min walk to a good choice of restaurants- Spanish, Italian, Indian, burgers. A couple of good supermarkets too. You can easily walk along the promenade into Playa Blanca. You can manage easily without a car, although we did have one. All communications with the very grip owner were answered promptly. What more can I say? A perfect holiday villa for a couple or family of up to 4. We will definitely return.

“Needs a few little bits of tender care” We picked the location as we know it and have stayed in the area several times prior to this holiday. The areas both inside and out are nice and spacious but some updates are needed in some areas. We only used the main bedroom but could not get the temperature down below 25 degrees, so a little uncomfortable for sleeping. The fans don't cool it it does need air conditioning. The large glass doors are great in the lounge for views and letting the air through but could do with blinds or curtains to cut out the bright sunlight at certain times of the day. The young man Giles who cares to the pool is such a nice polite young man. We had a few issues on arrival with dirty pans and broken glasses left in the cupboards, this we mentioned to Gabriel and he sorted it for us. The plates need replacing as they are very crazed and well used.

“Lovely central apartment close to shops, restaurants and beach” Really enjoyed our stay in Agua Brava. The apartment was exactly as described and totally suited our needs. Quiet, clean and comfortable and so convenient for shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and the beach was only a short walk away. Declan and Lynn were very efficient with all information for us which always makes a difference. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying there again.

“Spacious well equipped apartment” This apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Air conditioning in both rooms and 2 bathrooms .The outdoor space is fantastic with a beach view. The pool area is nice and small and the poolside bar food is actually very good served by friendly English speaking staff. The only downside was the cost of sun beds , umbrellas and mattresses which with a party of 5 can be very costly but we knew this before booking and would normally spend more time at beach but as my daughter was unwell for part of holiday we had to stay by the pool.

“Perfect Holiday Villa” We absolutely love this place for a number of reasons. The location; perfect walking distance to all amenities, shops, bars, cafes, beaches. The villa; beautiful, clean and well maintained. Fully equipped to a high standard. The Pool is very well heated meaning my kids could use it even in December. The garden and outdoor areas have plenty of seating and sun beds and is spacious enough to not be on top of each other if there are 6 of you staying. The management; Anna and Steve are wonderful hosts and always make us feel extremely welcome. Already looking forward to our next visit!

“Charming place!” IIt was our first visit to Costa Adele and we loved it! We were obviously taken with the flat and it pleased us to no end. It is stylish and cozy, has a friendly atmosphere and is really well equipped. In addition, absolutely clean. Surprisingly no noise from the pool, very quiet not only in the evenings but during the whole days. The location is perfect (beach, supermarkets, restaurants - everything is so close). The hosts arranged a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out and made sure we had everything we needed. Really great communication and great place to stay!

“Fabulous villa, excellent value for money” We stayed at Casa de Esperanza for a week in January. It was our first time in Lanzarote after several trips to Tenerife so we were hoping that a change wasn't a mistake - it wasn't! Booking was very straightforward and before we left the UK we received plenty of helpful information about getting to the villa including helpful tips for taxi drivers. Our arrival although quite late was very easy. If you have young kids and are going arrive late the welcome pack is definitely a good idea. The villa is fantastic. It was beautifully clean and a lot larger than we had envisaged. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms all furnished to a very high standard - loved the soft furnishings. The master suite is particularly good for those with older/grown up kids as you have the option of shutting the door and maintaining privacy for both parties. The wet room shower is brilliant and great for anyone with limited mobility. Kids will love it - even soap-dodging teenagers. The TV is huge with a good range of channels - no BBC or ITV channels so sky plus the soaps before you go. There is also the novelty of an open air utility room where clothes dry happily away from the strong breezes that the island gets. The pool was very clean and was well maintained throughout our stay. It is the warmest pool I have come across - just like getting into the bath. The villa is situated in a very quiet part of town which was just what we were after as our days of partying till the wee hours are well and truly over. It is a short walk (downhill) to the shops, bars and restaurants. If you have mobility problems you may want to take a taxi if you want to get all the way down to (or come back from) the bars round the marina. The taxis are plentiful and cheap - we saw many senior visitors take this option although my dodgy knees held out with the walk every day. The nearby SuperDino supermarket was well stocked and reasonably priced whether you want to go native or stick with Brit favourites. All the restaurants we visited were great value for money - our favourite was El Burro which does great Tex Mex and the staff were lovely. Louise looked after us brilliantly and was really helpful with our late departure including booking a taxi to take us to the airport. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the same in a lovely villa. It is great value for money and we have our deposit back before the tan has faded. I have recommended it to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

“Fantastic stay, highly recommend” Recently returned from a weeks stay at the villa, over New Year. The villa was fantastic, in our favourite location and very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The directions from the airport were good, although we've been to Playa Blanca before so knew where the villa was when getting into town. The check in process worked fine even though we arrived on Boxing Day when the office was closed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of red wine! The villa itself was very comfortable, slept like a log in the comfortable bed. There were plenty of towels (provision of pool towels would be a great addition to the villa) and everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a meal. We had an issue with the WiFi and TV on arrival, but on reporting it to the office was fixed the same day. Excellent service. We loved the outside space and really enjoyed eating outside on the terrace during the day and lying by the pool. The pool was lovely and warm and having it all to ourselves was a real treat. The fact the pool fronts onto the road didn't bother us at all as it was well screened so no one can see you. The location more than makes up for this. There is a Spar supermarket across the road which is very well stocked and a Super Dino supermarket 10 minutes walk away. They have a butcher's and fishmonger in this supermarket which is reasonably priced. The restaurants, beach, shops etc are only 5 - 10 minutes walk away from the villa and it's flat so good if you have mobility issues. Our favourite restaurants this time around were El Gallon which fronts the port car park. Doesn't look much from the outside due to the white plastic seats but the food is lovely, big portions and excellent value. We also loved the Chinese on the seafront. Think it's called Asiatico. We went to both of these restaurants twice! There are plenty of great places to eat. We didn't venture down to Marina Rubicon this time at night but there are also lots of choices there for a meal. Tend to be more expensive though. We would love to return to Casa Palmers again and would highly recommend.

“Fantastic apartment, facilities and area” Stayed here 14/6 - 21/6 and had a really wonderful time. Apartment is immaculate and external terrace super for afternoon and evening drinks. Literally 5 mins walk from main restaurant and bars area but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise at all. We’ll be back for sure if for nothing else the fantastic pool which kept the kids occupied all week
