“Unbelievable apartment in a great location” This apartment is furnished to the highest standards, it is exceptionally well equipped, everything has been thought of, and, it is very spacious. The location is perfect, very peaceful with some lovely bars and restaurants within 2 minutes of the apartment as well as a supermarket which has everything you may need. Walk a bit further (10 minutes) and you're on the beach and surrounded by more amazing restaurants and bars. Night life was just right for us, as lively or as quiet as you want it. We found the prices in the bars and restaurants that we tried to be very competitive. The terrace, like the apartment, is very spacious and has the sun on it all day. You can sit there and watch the sun rise and set. The location is also ideal for exploring the rest of the island, which we would recommend as there are some beautiful sites. Although we didn't need to use the air conditioning during our visit we can see that this must be a massive bonus for a peaceful nights sleep in the months when the nights are hotter

“New Year Getaway” The property was perfect for a family of four - 2 Adults and 2 Children Age 12 & 9. Upon arrival we found a little hamper left in the hallway which contained Christmas Cake, A bottle of Cava, Cookies, milk and some other items which was a lovely touch... The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for an enjoyable self catering holiday this also Included DVDs, books and plenty of inflatables for the pool. We spent most of our time outdoors both day and night the children loved swimming in the heated pool at night while we barbecued. The bars, restaurants and beach is around a 20 minute walk which is pleasant, taxis are available around 4 Euro. The villa is very safe and is fitted with high quality security alarms which was very reassuring as previous villas we’ve stayed at were not fitted with security alarms. The owners of the villa are great, answered any questions we had before arrival and always responded within 24 hours. We would highly recommend this property for families of all ages and will definitely be returning in the near future.

“Fabulous!” A gem! Beautiful large villa with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and well looked after. The patio / pool area is enclosed and not overlooked, and the pool was a good size. Other reviews have mentioned a dog living next door - yes he is still there however he was no bother. He barked (as dogs do) a few times but no more. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and to many bars and restaurants. For those who like to cook, the kitchen in the villa has fabulous amenities - loads of pots and pans and storage containers. There are Hyperdinos and Spar express supermarkets in their abundance! If you want a ‘big’ supermarket- it’s worth stopping at Lidl’s just outside Puerto Del Carmen on your way through. Would absolutely recommend this villa - the owners communication was excellent and the welcome pack upon arrival was a lovely warm touch. We’ll be checking for availability when we next visit!

“Perfect relaxing family holiday, in Villa Julia.” My husband and I and 2 daughters aged 15yrs and 19yrs have just returned to the UK from a beautiful 10 day stay in the luxurious Villa Julia. This holiday was very relaxing and made even more stress free by the well kept modern spotlessly clean Villa. The idyllic surrounding views of the sea and mountains where so peaceful and enjoyed in this quiet location. A road passes by the Villa but not busy or problematic, no construction noise or issues in this area either. As a family we felt very safe once we arrived at the Villa and during the whole holiday. The Covid 19 safe guidance in Adeje and Tenerife was policed and made us feel even more safe and supported well by the local people. Restaurant Martini in Siam Mall is a must visit. Many restaurants in other towns where closed due to Covid and lack of tourists. We ate several times here the food always superb, staff very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the owner Walter and support staff, especially Lucas for making us feel welcome and this the most beautiful relaxing much needed family holiday in a long time. We will defiantly be returning to Villa Julia.

“Fantastic stay, highly recommend” Recently returned from a weeks stay at the villa, over New Year. The villa was fantastic, in our favourite location and very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The directions from the airport were good, although we've been to Playa Blanca before so knew where the villa was when getting into town. The check in process worked fine even though we arrived on Boxing Day when the office was closed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of red wine! The villa itself was very comfortable, slept like a log in the comfortable bed. There were plenty of towels (provision of pool towels would be a great addition to the villa) and everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a meal. We had an issue with the WiFi and TV on arrival, but on reporting it to the office was fixed the same day. Excellent service. We loved the outside space and really enjoyed eating outside on the terrace during the day and lying by the pool. The pool was lovely and warm and having it all to ourselves was a real treat. The fact the pool fronts onto the road didn't bother us at all as it was well screened so no one can see you. The location more than makes up for this. There is a Spar supermarket across the road which is very well stocked and a Super Dino supermarket 10 minutes walk away. They have a butcher's and fishmonger in this supermarket which is reasonably priced. The restaurants, beach, shops etc are only 5 - 10 minutes walk away from the villa and it's flat so good if you have mobility issues. Our favourite restaurants this time around were El Gallon which fronts the port car park. Doesn't look much from the outside due to the white plastic seats but the food is lovely, big portions and excellent value. We also loved the Chinese on the seafront. Think it's called Asiatico. We went to both of these restaurants twice! There are plenty of great places to eat. We didn't venture down to Marina Rubicon this time at night but there are also lots of choices there for a meal. Tend to be more expensive though. We would love to return to Casa Palmers again and would highly recommend.

“great stay at cassa becca” we have just come back from our first holiday in Lanzarote. Playa Blanca is beautiful and cassa becca villa was the icing on the cake. what a great villa. very luxurious. the beds are very comfy. the kitchen is very modern with everything you will need. the pool was lovely and warm. there was a lovely welcome pack at the villa when we arrived and the convenience of a supermarket a shot walk from the villa. overall a very lovely stay and will definitely book another visit.

“Wow! A wonderful opportunity to relax in luxury.” Five of us (3 adults, 2 children) stayed in this villa for 8 days and had our best European holiday ever! It really is a delightful villa - spacious, immaculately clean, airy and bright with the bonus of a large pool. Bev was always helpful and accommodating in email exchanges beforehand and there was plenty of information about the villa, pool and surrounding areas when we got there. We didn't explore a great deal of Lanzarote because we loved being at the villa, having the pool to ourselves and the quietness of the area - its just west of the main town, so close enough but not noisy. Our two boys (and we) were constantly in and out of the pool, catching up on the Olympics on the large flat screen TV with all the channels you could possibly want, relaxing on loungers and enjoying the sunshine and blue sky. The villa is furnished tastefully and is incredibly well equipped, even down to the Dolce Gusto coffee machine! Nothing seemed to be done 'on the cheap' and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. There are more than enough loungers/seats outside to relax on. The villa is secure and safe. We enjoyed the short walks to the coast from our front door, and sampled some lovely local restaurants. We didn't hire bikes this time, but it would be a lovely way to see the area and cycle by the sea. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this villa, we would love to visit again!

“All you wouldn't want” Fantastic villa. Closed all the restaurants/bars but in a lovely quiet location. So well equipped and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give the villa 5 out of 5 was, because if you have small children or under 5 foot 8 you couldn't make the most of the pool as it was 1.50m in the shallow end. Bedrooms were really comfortable, but the wardrobes were not full-length. You had enough space to put everything.

“Fabulous villa in perfect location” Just returned from a ten day stay in this beautiful villa with my husband and two teenagers. From start to finish everything was perfect. Karen was so quick to respond to every query and was always so helpful. The villa was beautiful, located in a quiet cul de sac but within walking distance to the water park and to the shops and restaurants in beautiful flamingo beach and a cheap taxi journey to central Playa Blanca. The villa itself was spacious, well equipped and had a fantastic pool, the whole area benefiting from all day sunshine. The Wi-Fi and satellite tv was also great, especially with two teenagers. The master bedroom has a good size en suite and all rooms have comfortable beds , in addition to a family bathroom. Everything was spotless and the pool and villa were cleaned during our stay. Couldn’t fault this villa, would definitely recommend it!
