“Fantastic Stay” Just returned from a 2 week stay at this amazing villa. It really deserves a full 5*. I’ll be honest, we were a little hesitant booking due to the salt water pool and the kids thinking it would be like swimming in the sea every day, but oh my, it was the best swim. The salt was not really noticeable and we loved not feeling the chlorine. This usually really affects our eyes and skin, but we had none of this. We just loved it. The villa itself has every mod con you can think of. It was so well equipped and comfortable. I’m Also, it is situated in such a great place , walking distance from nearly everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Perfect for us! We did use the electric scooters in to town lots, they were so cheap and great fun. Highly recommend these. My kids are older and they particularly enjoyed being able to watch the start of the football season on the TV in the villa. The owners have really thought of everything and Steve and Anna were super helpful too. Thank you!!!

“Great villa” Had a fantastic week at the villa. Very spacious and clean the roof terrace gives you amazing views . It's a bit out of the way if you don't have a car but it's not essential to have one. There is a free bus service at the nearby hotel but it's a nice walk either to the atlantico or into town. The shared swimming pool is very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend it

“When can I go again???” I was fortunate enough to stay in this duplex and location for 6 weeks. I knew I wanted to stay on this complex, and had the choice of quite a few apartments, but after chatting to Shelley on email, I was then certain who I wanted to book with. I had always stayed in hotels before, but due to the length of time the cost would have been far too much, which is why I looked at rentals, but then I was dubious about where my hard earned money would go. The professionalism I was shown from the start, was what convinced me this would be the place for me, and I can say I made a great choice. Not only that, but I was given a fabulous price due to the length of my stay. A lady called Pam greets you when you are there, she was 1st class, lovely to chat to, and I only had one issue whilst I was there, which was resolved in an hour!! The duplex itself has a sea view between two hotels, this was a definite extra, it really is lovely to wake up to, and makes you know you are on holiday. The other benefit is, it's on the front of the complex, so it was very quiet, I only had Neighbours for 4 days of my stay. The upstairs terrace has 2 sun loungers, and you get sun from when you wake up until around 3pm, and then you can always go to the pool, you can check how busy it is, just by looking out the bathroom window! Generally, there were few people there. The complex is very well looked after, there are maintenance people doing some sort of cleaning etc all day everyday, and they are friendly, as were everyone I spoke to, as you have a mix of residents and holiday makers. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed, very well equipped, and the only thing I needed to buy for me, was a cheese grater!! It was clean and functional, and for me really felt like home. If you are looking at similar properties, you will find extras in those like air con and tv etc, however think of this, it's breezy there and you get ceiling fans, I don't like evening heat, and I never felt like I needed a/c at any point. Also, why go away to watch TV? I actually enjoyed the break from it, and it gave me an excuse to go out if I really wanted to go watch things! If its Caleta you need a review for, just go, it's such a lovely, quiet, clean place, if you want clubs and night life, go to the north of the Island, if you want a break from the rat race of the UK, this is perfect. I can't wait to go back, and I 100% recommend this property, it's not a 5 star hotel, but I loved every minute I was there, and would have no hesitation in booking with Shelley again. “Excellent accommodation” The house has everything you need and is in a great location for bars and restaurants. The gated complex is very private and you have your own sun beds to take out to the pool and all is well kept.

“Heavenly retreat.” I just spent a week at this heavenly villa with two good friends. We had a fabulously relaxing holiday, lounging in the beautiful, private, hibiscus bordered garden, . We swam in the perfect, heated pool and enjoyed long walks along the stunning coastline. This modern villa has all the equipment a holiday cook could desire and the supermarket nearby has delicious, high quality produce. Our hosts list of favourite restaurants and cafes proved to be wonderful culinary experiences in beautiful costal settings. This island has great coffee! Even though we don’t play it was so obviously a golfers dream break. What a beautiful island . We would return to this villa in a heartbeat.

“Lovely accommodation in a fabulous location” Stayed in this fab accommodation in February 2019 with husband, two teenage daughters and 10 year old son for 10 days. The house was very clean, comfortable,spacious and is well equipped. There was a room downstairs with a pool table which we loved and there is also a toilet downstairs which was great. We asked that the pool was heated and while it was cool for the first few days Steve resolved the issue and we were all able to enjoy time in the pool. We absolutely loved the location; the supermarket was about 30 seconds walk and we could walk into the town centre in about 10 minutes. The walk home is slightly uphill but very doable. There is an AstroTurf pitch nearby and my son loved linking up there with other children and playing for hours each day when it became cooler. We had a hire car but you don’t need one for this accommodation with amenities nearby. Anna and Steve were very helpful. We were able to stay at the accommodation until the afternoon of our last day which was an extra perk. We would love to return here. Really recommend this property. Thank you Anna and Steve.

“Fabulous holiday in great villa!” We had a fantastic week in this gorgeous villa over the Easter break. Everything from the initial booking with Steve and Linda to handing back the keys to the lovely Trish and Jim was easy and stress free. The vila itself is very clean and extremly well presented and furnished. Loads of space for the whole family - which makes a change after being couped up in a hotel room on previous holidays! The main balcony is a real sun trap and great for relaxing on or enjoying breakfast or lunch The villa that the complex in on is very secure and private and boasts its own swimming pool. Also, a gym and spa which we used on several occasions. The villa is in an ideal location - 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is also well placed for the town of Caleta de Fuste. We walked into Caleta every evening for a meal and drinks (lots of choice of restaurants) it took about 10 minutes to walk down hill. We chose to catch a taxi back each evening as they are so cheap - only 2-3 euros. All in all, a wonderful villa in a great location - we hope to return soon!

“Great place for us” We loved it here, great little bungalow perfect for two and everything we could need with plenty of good quality clean bedding and towels, a nice view of the pool and everyone was friendly round and about and we spent fair bit of time round the pool which was really good too. Location great for town and beach and we had some great walks and super weather. Good communication before and we were met straight away with the keys by Louise who was very nice. All in all for a late deal which wasn't too expensive we loved it so no complaints at all
