Newly refurbished, (TENERIFE ROYAL GARDENS) beach front Studio Apartment in a quiet "Security coded" complex between Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos. ( Next door to The Sir Anthony Hotel were prices start from £400. Per night.)
This is a luxury self-catering apartment which consists of NEW open plan kitchen with Hob, oven & grill, full length fridge and freezer and FILTERED WATER TAP (No more carrying bottles of water back to the apartment)
Lounge with a comfortable sofa, 48" Smart TV / DVD with most English Channels. Bathroom with Bath and Power Shower and washing machine.

1 separate bedroom includes cupboards/wardrobes, luxury double bed with 10" deep mattress and top quality linens. Bathroom with power shower over bath, toilet, large basin, huge glass cabinet with loads of storage space and washing machine.
All day sunny terrace overlooking the promenade with Sea Views. Wonderful to sit quietly in the evenings as the sun sets and watch the world go by.
Air conditioning with coin meter. €1. For 90 minutes use; but there is also a large ceiling fan in the lounge area and one in the bedroom.
On site restaurants. 3 'fresh water' swimming pools (Adult, childs' and babies) heated Oct - May. Free WIFI and FREE sunbeds around the pool and sun terrace. Shaded area with comfy seating ideal for quiet reading if it gets a little too warm.
Ground floor apartment - Ideal for elderly/ disabled / wheelchair user. perfect for couples who want to be next to the promenade and beaches. Centrally positioned between two of Tenerifes' best beaches which are only a 2 minutes walk, it is also within walking distance from local amenities; shopping centres'; supermarkets, bars, restaurants cafe's and much more. Near by: 1 minute away from the Safari Centre with its magical fountains, restaurants and shops.

“Absolutely amazing apartment”
(This is our second time we've stayed here at Julie's apartment, We stayed at this apartment for 16 nights, This was our first self-catering Tenerife holiday, we was little sceptical going self catering, However the minute we walked into the apartment it was very homely and had everything we actually needed for our holiday. The balcony is a god send, Sit people watching as much as you want, Washing machine is always good, Julie is very good with returning messages as soon as she can, And always prompt with an answer to your question. We have booked for 17 nights September? Not sure yet wether we will be able to go? due to Covid-19 Love Love Love this apartment, Get booking (just not on my dates) :)

Julie your apartment was fantastic you have thought of everything me and my husband have been to tenerife many times and staying in your wee palace was one of our best we also loved the location you have the beach restaurants shops every excursion you want rite on your doorstep and what a great balcony with sunshine the whole day and just chillin with a drink at night time was superb i could go on and on about the quality of your apartment so thankew for allowing us to stay in your wee palace

“Superbly catered for and luxurious”
Stayed here with my partner. Didn’t want to leave! Everything you could possibly want is at your doorstep, killer suntrap, don’t need to worry about hairdryer, straighteners, lotions or anything. Julie and Andrew have gone above and beyond to cater for everything to lighten your case, right down to beach towels! Apartment is top, filtered water tap so you’re not carrying bottles around (as it’s not recommended to drink the water there) super clean and very accessible! Couldn’t ask for more! The complex is very secure (all gated with private codes) just perfect!
