“Great apartment lovely seaside town” We have just spent our second Christmas at this apartment and have booked up for our third. We love the location, which is overlooking the banana plantation, the blissful cliff walk and the swimming beach. It is very relaxing and the town has lots of places to eat, including some very reasonable fish restaurants which serve up whatever has been landed in the harbour that day. If you like a stroll there is a long promenade and the cliff walk and if you are prepared for a bit of a hike you can even walk to Los Gigantes. The apartment has everything you will need, including a washing machine on the roof and plenty of drying space for washing - so no need to pack loads of clothes. There is also a dvd player for the odd damp day and a collection of books to read just in case you didn't pack enough. The kitchen has all the facilities you are likely to need and having two bathrooms means you don't have to wait for a shower. The beach couldn't be closer, being only two minutes walk and the sea is great for all swimmers, when the weather is calm. We can confirm that Playa San Juan has the sunniest weather as often, when the clouds are covering the mountain (which you can see from the balcony) and the resorts to the North and South, the town remains sunny.

“BEST APARTMENT EVER” Most comfortable apartment we've ever stayed in. Beds were great, lots of space. Terrace very good for relaxing and owners really helpful. Will definitely be back Kev & Irene

“Home from home but better located” Homely and good standard, (very important for extended stay) and in an excellent location. Second bedroom really only suitable for kids. One adult used it but not a great setup for an extended stay.
