“11 days of bliss” Booked this on the basis of other good reviews about Don Joaquin and not disappointed. Don Joaquin is a lovely small apartment block development-quiet, exceptionally well kept, lovely gardens and secure parking. Apartment was a really good size and well furnished. Great layout and 2 bathrooms which is a real bonus. Got the morning sun on the balcony which had a great lookout and partial sea view. Need to take a hair dryer but that's all. Flat screen 42ins TV with Freeview and could probably get Sky if you take your own card. We didn't use the Air Con as didn't need it. Very good communication with the friendly owners who were very helpful with advise regarding car hire, area info and very prompt return of deposit upon return of keys. There was everything you needed in local area although we did hire a car because we wanted to explore .You can look at this apartment on You Tube which we did. A very good holiday from start to finish.

“Excellent villa, perfectly placed and beautifully kept” Stayed at this villa with my husband and nine other friends after our civil partnership. It was the perfect place to stay. Close enough to the nightlife but far enough away to be a peaceful and comfortable villa. From the moment I enquired about the villa to arriving at the front door the owners could not have been more helpful. They sorted transfers from the airport for us and made us feel very welcome on arrival. The villa itself was perfectly clean and nicely modern. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was brilliant, and the addition of UK TV was very helpful when the rain came down! The key thing to this holiday was for a bunch of friends to have a relaxing time and having your own pool is great for this. We spent a lovely (if not too sunny) week lolling around the pool and then taking a very short walk down to the Yumbo Centre in the evening. It just ticked all the right boxes and we had a ball. Also good to note that there was a supermarket just around the corner and most places are walkable in the city centre. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to heading back this year to enjoy it all over again.

“Magnificent views” Just returned from 16 brilliant days staying in Benalmadena at Agata apartments. I rented this studio for my daughter and her partner from Paul as i have rented his one bed apartment for the last 3 years.They were totally over the moon with the studio and thoroughly enjoyed their stay .The view from the balcony is amazing with being on the 5th floor they spent many a night sitting chilling with a nice glass of wine enjoying the peace . Everything you need is in the studio and its so easy to make a nice meal for a night in if you wish . Paul always keeps his apartments well maintained this year we noticed new front doors had been fitted place had been recently decorated so nice and clean, beds comfortable linen and towels clean . there are plenty local places to eat out just across the road up the stairs is Stentons do marvelous food . Sizzles also same place do Happy hour 2-7 most days so if you like a beer its only 1euro 20 . cant be bad . This year we did trip to Gibraltar we were picked up local just at Minerva good day trip. Must recommend a trip up to Benalmadena Pueblo we had a brilliant night up there and the views are stunning you can get a bus just outside apartment or it cost 8 euros in taxi well worth a visit. “Luxurious Property in Beautiful Location” We stayed here as a family of 2 children ( a baby one years old ). The property is extremely well equipped, safe, very luxurious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, very very comfortable beds. We enjoy dinners on terrace. Swim in the heated pool was a pleasure. And the security fence pool has given us tranquility. You can walk down to Puerto through some lovely pathways and taxi's from the town are very very cheap. The location is perfect, and the local area is very beautiful and quiet. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this Villa and would like to return. And the owners, Gloria and Miguel Ángel are very friendly, offering guidance on places to visit, and your attention at any time.

“Excellent Holiday - great place to stay” From booking it with Kathy to having any questions answered to staying at this villa there was nothing to complain about. The accommodation was spacious, plenty of wardrobe space, clean, two bathrooms (1 en-suite), full UK TV channels with everything that SKY does and plenty of room outside to lounge in the sun. Has a good Bar-B-Q and a sheltered area to eat all your meals outside within. The Hot Tub is a total bonus and was much enjoyed by the ladies to finish off the day. Beds were comfortable and the place is nice and quiet giving you a good sleep. It is a bit removed from the main bustle of Puerto Del Carmen but its only 5 Euro (including Tip) for a Taxi. If you have been to Puerto Del Carmen there is now a LIDL just up from the Biosphere Shopping Centre which is a great addition for self catering etc. I cannot recommend this highly enough for a great, relaxing holiday.

“A little piece of paradise” We have just returned from the most relaxing 12 day holiday we've ever had. Flew into Malaga, and drive of less than one took us to our holiday home. A beautiful apartment within stunning grounds, and set in a fabulous location with views of the mountains and the sea; the only sound you can hear from the garden is bird-song. The apartment was finished and furnished to a very high standard, and even had British TV. Very clean inside and out. The extensive gardens were immaculately kept, with the pool being our favourite aspect of the holiday. It was a little piece of paradise and we truly relaxed while we were there. We have found a wee gem and will definitely be going back next summer.

“Excellent accommodation in delightful setting” We have recently returned from a week in this delightful house which is very comfortably furnished ,equipped with everything one could possibly need, and presented in spotlessly clean order. The verandah furnished with a large dining table and chairs is a bonus for al fresco meals , and as it overlooks the pool is ideal for keeping a watch on children while they play in the water. The house is very secluded with beautiful mountain views , yet only a short drive from Pollensa town ,the sea, and 2 supermarkets . Jose and family are very helpful and welcoming --if you book this house you will have a great holiday !

“A great find!” When I looked for a villa on Tenerife it was apparent that there are lots which are more like apartments in complexes, which is not what I was after - which was privacy but not miles from anywhere. We were lucky enough to find Villa Isabel, which is very private yet in easy reach of all the activity you could want. The photos don't really do it justice - it is a lovely location with outstanding views, day and night. Nice pool, jacuzzi and you can find shade if you want it. Very comfortable, all the facilities, very nice indeed. I recommend it unreservedly."

“Fantastic apartment” We have just come back from our fifth visit to Mick and Sue's apartment, so that speaks for itself. Everything is so local, shops buses English shop bottom of the road. Two big supermarkets both in waliking distance Plenty of places to eat.There is everything in the apartment which you need. Weather was fantastic. “Absolutely Stunning Villa” Great villa in an amazing location, quiet and relaxing. Only a 5 minute drive to Jesus for provisions or 10 minutes to the outskirts of Ibiza town and larger supermarkets. 15 minutes will get you to the Marina in Ibiza too.... But no real need to eat out with a well equipped inside kitchen and even better outdoor kitchen with wood fired BBQ and even a Pizza oven if you desire to cook such things. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for, the swimming pool offers a welcome cooling experience when the all day sunshine becomes too much... Our only tiny gripe was the beds which were too firm for our personal liking, but this is personal so not a major complaint.

“just what i needed” I was a man on his own for two weeks to explore the Island this was my base ,, I very much like the price you see is the price you pay I DO NOT LIKE HIDDEN EXTRAS that you find out about after you have paid non here, excellent value for money .I would stay there again in a heartbeat If it were a 2bed we would use it for our family holiday !yes I read the reviews that was then and now is now the complex has been sorted out Gardener ,24 hr security. natives are friendly and well behaved ! “Great location” I was a bit hesitant to book because of the mixed reviews but we had a lovely week staying here. Well equipped and comfortable it is near to shops restaurants and the beach all any easy stroll away. The property its furnished to a high standard the shower room is lovely . The other bathroom could do with an upgrade but it's handy having a second bathroom. There was a welcome pack waiting for us which was great as we arrived in the evening

“Brilliant, fun, great location” It was a brilliant villa, with everything you need within easy reach. The organisation of arrival and departure were excellent, very helpful with all our silly questions and made us feel special. It was a brilliant holiday and booked already to go again next year. We have young children and would recommend this villa to all, the children loved both the private pool and the communal lagoon pool.

“Excellent holiday :)” We stayed at this apartment last year and are going again this year for the second time. this is a fantastic apartment, which has all the home from home comforts you could ask for. I would give at least five stars if it was a hotel. It is situated in a central location, perfect for visiting places like marbella and Mijas, which are not too far away. My daughter and her freind had such a great time they did not want to come home. me and my partner would spend lots of time people watching from the very large balcony after a great day on the beach which is not far away, there's also plenty to do around the complex with a couple of restaurants (Safari restaurant is great for young and old) The apartment also has lovely views across the sea and the stunning sunrises had us up at the crack of dawn. There's a little swimming pool a stone throw away, a hot tub on the balcony, and a secure place to park the car.. what more could you want?

“Fabulous fabulous fabulous” We had the best 2 week holiday here in Casa Suenos I. Not only is the house immaculate and beautifully decorated, the management team were amazing too. Nothing was too much bother, they're job was to make sure we had a great holiday and they certainly did that! The hot tub and pool were crystal clear and cleaned regularly during our stay. The Gas BBQ and outside kitchen area was a really lovely touch, we used this most days! Nicks communication was great too. tom tom delivered with lots of preprogrammed restaurants, beaches, shops etc! Such a unique idea but great if you don't know the area. It was those finishing touches that you remember and make this villa really stand out from the rest! Well done Nick and his team

“Best value for money accomadation ive ever stayed in.” The villa is perfectly located near bars restaurants and the beach, about a 10 min taxi ride from the airport. The whole villa is spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen and two large shower rooms, TV with English channels DVD player and fully working air con in all rooms{one large double upstairs and two singles in one room on the ground floor}. Angie who runs the place with her husband is a complete star who couldn't do enough to help with good recommendations for trips and places to eat, only a phone call away if you needed anything else. If you want a well located high standard villa in Caleta de fuste this is perfect and at only 50 pounds per night a complete steal.

“Lovely, clean, quiet, good value apartment!” Just arrived back from a week at this apartment and cannot recommend this enough. It was a lovely, clean, spacious apartment with all the things you need. We have a 3yr old and it was perfect for us, on the ground floor, had little touches like a bucket and spade and a little step-up which enabled our little boy to use the bathroom with ease. Having a washing machine was a godsend! He loved the pool, but be aware there is no shallow/ toddler area in the pool. Also able to watch his DVD's just before bed to wind down. It was very quiet and relaxing with no loud music pumping out late at night! Not the type of place you would go if your looking for buzzing nightlife but that suited us fine as our boy was able to go bed at a reasonable time and we enjoyed a quiet drink on the patio. Yes you need a car to get to the main part of town, but it's a 5 minute drive and everything you need is there. Mariann who looks after the apartment was so kind and very helpful. If your looking for a quiet holiday in a lovely apartment which is good value for money, especially for families with young children, look no further than this little gem.
