This apartment is a perfect base to discover Sermoneta and for our trip to the gardens at Ninfa.
Marco was a wonderful host helping us with travel arrangements when our Italian failed us (we didn't hire a car); the apartment is very comfortable and clean, the three of us had a room each with an ensuite bathroom, and we all like cooking which we could do with ease, Sermoneta has just a few shops but they supply everything you need including very good fruit and vegetables, there are however plenty of good restaurants should you not want to cook all within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment has a stunning view from the terrace, when we were staying at the beginning of June the migrating swifts had nested and would come out at dusk to catch insects it was a spectacular sight.
The gardens at Ninfa were beautiful, however, the tour is very regimented and you can't wander off and explore the gardens on your own. The real delight for us was Sermoneta and we found it enchanting and relaxing and our time spent at Marco's apartment definitely contributed to this. …
The Rooms Pints
Beautiful apartment with spectacular views
We had a wonderful stay in Le Camere Pinte. Travelling with two 7 month old infants, we found the apartment had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. We were very grateful for the extra cot sourced for us by the apartment owner, who was very helpful in all our dealings with him.
My family and I would stay in Le Camere Pinte again and would highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a high quality apartment in a beautiful town. …
Sermoneta, Historic Stone House with Pool, in a Medieval Hill Town Close to Rom
Beautiful place in magical village
What a gorgeous place Sermoneta is. I am not sure I would have ever visited that region of Italy without finding your place on the website. There were so many wonderful surprises at every turn, and we loved that it was not too crowded. We were very happy to be tucked in at the beautiful and charming Domus Doull, where we spent one full day lazing around the pool, and countless hours reading, napping and soaking it all up. While we were very happy there, we ventured out a little, too. The lunch I had in San Felice Circeo was a highlight. Our trip to Sperlonga was glorious, and it is where we learned about Lucano --- a lesson we enjoyed very much! Thanks to your directions, the drive back to Rome on the Via Appia resulted in more great views and food at Lake Albano.
We really could not have asked for a more beautiful place or a more magical village to visit. Thanks so much. …
