Description

This little peaceful oasis is located In Dubrovnik only 8 km away from Old City town's center, reachable by public transportation. The bus stop is 100 m from the house. The airport is 40 km far vary and we can arrange the transfer for our guests, or they can us a shutlle from Airport Dubrovnik. Two grocery store are 100 m from the house.

There are many restaurants with romantic terraces where you can enjoy the traditional dishes of this area, such as dalmatian ham, cheese, seafood and meat specialties. What you will not find in Zaton are large hotels and crowds, so if you are looking for a place to relax, you will certainly be delighted with Zaton. Here you can enjoy various activities such as walking, jogging, scuba diving, climbing, surfing, and windsurfing. Zaton offers to its visitors a large selection of private accommodation by friendly hosts.

One of them is "Adria House Dubrovnik", whose owners will make everything possible for you to feel completely relaxed and to return to this ambiance of untouched nature.

The Beautifull white stone villa is located on the coastline, It has the private beach with chairs and sun shade, a parking place is always available but if you are coming by boat, mooring is at disposal as well.

House Adria is a family house and on the first and second floor, we offer 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms and one living room with two sofa beds. Perfect place for friends or the big family.

In our offer, we have a breakfast buffet, SO PRICE INCLUDE BREAKFAST.

All rooms have air condition, LCD, fully equipped with bedsheets and towels. Linen is changed every 7 days, and towels every 2-3 days (when necessary).

House Adria is a family house, but any part is not shared with guests. The family lives on the ground floor and if guests want to enjoy the specialties prepared by their hosts, either breakfast or other meals as per your wishes there is a romantic terrace with summer kitchen, offering the nice atmosphere and perfect shade. It has 4 rooms, (1 room with king size bed and living room with two sofa beds on the first level, connect with nice terrace with lounge with stunning view, as well as 1 bathroom, and 3 rooms on the second level with two bathrooms) House can be rental as many option, so always ask for best option for you. Option for 4 , 6 or max 10 people. House can be rental in many option but not in a period from Juni, July, August and First two weeks in September.

From the room's windows you can see everything starting from our private beach, going over the whole bay towards the town of Dubrovnik.

Your kind host will welcome you with a traditional aperitif and give their best to make your holiday perfect!

“Great location and hospitality”

10 adults had a fantastic and relaxing vacation at Adria House. The seaside location was great. Thanks a lot to Maja, our hostess, for being most helpful and taking care of us. We enjoyed island trips, nearby restaurants og visits to Dubrovnik.

It's like walking into your own home. The service was impeccable. Not too much and not to little. Great location. Close to the old tome. We had a car to explore but there is bus service close by. Great restaurants and everything you need or would want from a vacation in a 2000 year old town. I think Jesus went on a fishing trip to Dubrovnik. Just my assumption. The best was the sea directly in front and Maja the owner's attentiveness. She even gave us a departing gift of the equivalent Canadian Newfie Screech. Highly recommended.
