Waters Edge is a smart modern property owned from new. It is comfortably furnished to a high standard - a fully equipped 'home from home.'

Three bathrooms (two ensuite) and two well seperated bedrooms ensure privacy and make the property ideal for either family rentals or sharing with friends.

The main living area is on the second floor with a balcony, garden furniture and BBQ backed by wonderful sea views. The garden of the property is directly onto the sea shore.

There is a locking garage big enough to store bikes and small watercraft.

The spacious drive has ample parking and access directly onto the newly opened Welsh Coastal Path.

All beds are made up and bath/hand towels provided per person. A welcome pack including toilet and kitchen paper, cleaning materials, cloths, tea towels dish washer tabs and so on.

Separate washer, drier and clothes airier. A secure locking garage. Although the house is on the Coastal Path it is very peaceful and private.

Higher nightly rates apply to short weekend breaks, Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Yr. I'm happy to offer a quotation with no obligation to book. As advertising is paid for there are no booking fees.

Carol Hall, the owner is readily contactable throughout your stay should there be any need for assistance.

The property is on three floors and may be unsuitable for the infirm. Board games, puzzles, books and a broad band, internet connection and FreeSat TV are provided for indoor entertainment.

There is private parking that will readily accommodate two family sized cars and a secure garage area for storing any bicycles or water craft that guests may wish to bring on holiday.The house is edged by a sea wall to the shoreline and is unfenced due to the restrictions regarding construction in areas of outstanding natural beauty. There is a 20' fall to the beach or fast flowing sea at high tide therefore children must be supervised at all times both in the garden and on the balcony.

How do damage deposits work?

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
