Unwind on the plush leather sectional with recliner in the open-concept living area featuring an electric fireplace for ambiance, a large flat-screen cable TV, Blu-Ray player and classic Nintendo Entertainment System with over 600 games.

Whip up some cocktails for the group in your fully equipped kitchen outfitted with ample counter space and a breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Specifics: We do our best to keep the Cottage as clean as possible, However, being situated in a Wooded setting, it is unavoidable that Polen, Dust or other Allergens may enter the Cottage. As such, we now have a Brand New HEPA Filtration Unit which Captures 99.97% of airborne pollutants and allergens as small as 0.3 microns. It has a Carbon pre-filter to remove many household type orders, and finally, It also features Plasma Wave Technology which attacks pollutants at a molecular level to neutralize viruses, bacteria, chemical vapors, odors and gases in the air without producing harmful ozone.

ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER: Even though we have added this filter, once again, given the Nature & Wooded setting the cottage is located in, it may not remove all allergens, smells, dust, pollen or reduce the allergen level for those with severe allergies or Asthma. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
