A mid-terrace cottage in the North Yorkshire fishing port of Whitby, able to sleep up to four people in two bedrooms.Platform 12 is a terraced cottage in the centre of Whitby in North Yorkshire. It provides two bedrooms, comprising of a double and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also boasts an open plan living area hosting a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The outside comes with plenty of off road parking and off of the double bedroom sits an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Platform 12 is extremely well-placed for a holiday exploring Whitby and the surrounding area.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed courtyard with furniture (accessed through double bedroom). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are seven steps down to the property. Note: Four trains, plus steam trains, pass by property between 8.30am and 7.15pm daily, some associated noise may be heard.

It has winding streets and alleys, with a harbour, safe beaches and the Abbey. There is a wide range of amenities and a series of restaurants overlooking the river. The popular seaside resort of Scarborough sits nearby for a thrilling day out.
