This third floor seafront apartment in Whitby sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.Cairns Vista is a third floor seafront apartment opposite the beach in popular Whitby. The apartment has two king-size double rooms, one with an en-suite, along with a twin room, adult bunks and family bathroom. There is an open plan living area, with a kitchen, dining area and steps up to the sitting area. Outside are the beach, promenade and whole of this historic port to explore. Cairns Vista is perfect for a family seaside break, or as a base for enjoying the North York Moors and the rest of this stunning coastline.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Free roadside parking at front of property using scratchcard permits provided by the owners. Public car park 5 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Seafront and steps to beach across the road. Note: Apartment accessed via stairs or lift. Note: Three steps up from kitchen to sitting area. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Please note: Check in is strictly a Friday.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Situated at the mouth of the River Esk, Whitby is an ancient fishing port steeped in history. The ruin of St Hilda's Abbey is high on Whitby's East Cliff and looks down on narrow streets and alleyways. From the old town, the parish church of St Mary, also on East Cliff, has 199 steps leading to it and the churchyard was one of the inspirations for Bram Stoker's Dracula. Other attractions in Whitby include the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, Victorian Jet Works and The Dracula Experience. There are year-round events at Whitby Pavilion Complex and there is a blue flag beach and spectacular cliffs and bays to explore. Whitby is in a beautiful region and offers visitors a great deal of variety for a memorable holiday any time of year.
