This first floor apartment in Whitby sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom.Mermaid Cottage is a charming first floor apartment in Whitby. The apartment sleeps two people with a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with an electric fire. There is also a parking permit available to use in the car park just a five minutes walk away. Mermaid Cottage is an ideal base for a couple's getaway, with shops, pubs and a number of attractions within easy waking distance, as well as the wonderful North York Moors National Park just waiting to be explored.

Amenities: Gas central heating with feature electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs in information room. Wi-fi is available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit provided for 1 car in car park 5 mins walk away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Max 2 people including infants.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The coastal town of Whitby is situated at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally placed for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire. The town offers winding streets, hidden alleys, a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and a famous Abbey.
