Luxurious ground floor two bedroom apartment with great views over the golf course yet still within walking distance of the town centre. Full SkyQ TV. Free WiFi access to BT High Speed Infinity Broadband. Good quality high chair and cot. An additional tv is also available in the double bedroom with freeview digital channels.

Norfolk and East Anglia is one of the few unspoilt parts of England. The historic centres of Norwich, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds are a delight with museums,galleries, theatres, markets, children's attractions and shopping centres. The lovely apartment is located in the Breckland area of mid Norfolk which gives easy access to each of the above towns and cities as well as the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coastlines with it's unique towns and villages.

For nature lovers, walkers,golfers, historians and families there is a vast area of attractions in the area. A few are listed: Pensthorpe - as seen on the BBC Springwatch programme. Thetford forest with walks from the High Lodge Forest Centre or Go Ape the High wire forest adventure. Cycling (bike hire available) with numerous marked tracks in the forest.

Sandringham House shops and garden. Norfolk Broads with daily boat hire.

Racecourses at Newmarket, Fakenham and Great Yarmouth. Banham Zoo with a car boot sale on Sunday mornings. Wrexham Barns home to many craft studios. Several nature reserves, country houses and National Trust properties.

Snetterton race track and Sunday market is 10 miles away.

Should anyone wish to to play golf at Richmond Park then discounted green fees and twilight rates are available for guests staying at Fairway View.

Guests enjoy sitting on the patio, perhaps with a nice glass of wine or a cup of tea, watching the successful (and not so successful shots!) on the 18th fairway or the wildlife in the early morning or evening

Large lounge attractively furnished including TV with Sky +HDTV( including Sports, Movie and children's channels as well as Sky+). DVD and Video players with a selection of titles are privided. A large selection of books and games. ( Novels may be exchanged with one of your own if you have not finished one when you are due to leave.)

The kitchen is fully fitted with high quality units and appliances including good selection of crockery,glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. Ceramic sink, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

King sized bed with side cabinets. large wardrobe and chest of drawers.Radio and CD player.

Two 3ft single beds central cabinet, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. CD player and trouser press.

A shower with multijets and shower heads powered by Combi boiler. WC and washbasin.Heated towel rail.

Duvets,towels and Supima cotton sheets are provided .

An adjustable and reclining Chicco high chair is provided as well as a seat booster for a dining chair. A folding Graco travel cot with mattress is also provided (without sheets or blankets) Cleaning service at changeover. Regular changes of linen and towels for longer stays.

Storage area for golf clubs/cases. Parking for two cars is available at the side of the property under a car port. Additional parking is available in the golf club car park. Heat and smoke alarms are provided as well as fire doors where required. Fire blanket and fire extinguisher are available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Geoffrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
