New and beautiful Viareggina in the heart of Viareggio a few steps from the sea.

La Viareggina is located about 700 meters from the promenade of Viareggio. It has a good finish, reinforced door, double glazed windows, remote controlled skylights, travertine stairs. The parquet is everywhere except on the terrace. Heating and air conditioners.

La Viareggina has a private space outside, equipped with a table and chairs where you can stay and eat.

Barbecue is present!

Also outside in outsidespace area there is a bathroom with a beautiful shower.

The house is as following:

Entrance: Living room with large double sofa bed, stylish kitchen well equipped with a dining table for 6/8 people .

First Floor: 1 Double Room and one bedroom with 2 single bed, one bathroom with a large shower.

One the first floor there is large terrace where you can stay for spends moment after sea!

Extra: final cleaning: 50 euro
