★The Sierra Nevada National Park & the ski resort of Pradollano are an hour away (The ski season last from November to May)

★The main bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed & an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath & shower over. The Juliet balcony overlooks the lovely pool

★The second bedroom upstairs has twin beds (which can also be made up as a king size -please request at the time of booking) & also has a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. This bedroom is next to the family shower room

★The large open plan living area has a dining area with seating for 6 guests. The comfortable sofa bed sleeps two extra guests. A Juliet balcony overlooks the Sierra Nevada mountains & the local countryside

★There is a separate well equipped kitchen with high quality fridge-freezer, electric hob, full size oven, washing machine & dishwasher. The well stocked dresser has plenty of crockery & cutlery to allow for easy self catering

★The fabulous roof-top terrace with its traditional barbecue over looks the lovely pool & gardens & also offers wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada. Furnished with high quality wooden furniture including a table & chairs allowing 6 guests to dine comfortably. There are also sun loungers & a hammock to aid relaxation. A large parasol is provided to shade you from the Andalusian sun. Why not have a barbecue & enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains & the Moorish castle which is illuminated at night

★Sustainability-a 200l solar powered tank provides hot water & you will find beach toys, inflatables & a body board plus shopping bags to avoid the need for plastics. Our housekeepers use eco-friendly cleaning products

★Las Terrazas del Jardin Nazari was carefully planned to represent the areas Nasrid history. The outside spaces are beautifully landscaped, with palm & orange trees, fountains & water channels (illuminated at night) giving the atmosphere of Moorish gardens. A very tranquil space in which to relax

★The gated community pool, fully enclosed for safety has a separate children’s pool, open from 10am to 10pm from 1st May to 1st October. Please respect the Spanish custom of siesta & the quiet hours of 3pm to 5pm. A life guard is on duty during the summer months

★Beach/pool towels are provided

★Both bedrooms & living area have aircon & beautiful wooden shutters which provide perfect blackout to allow restful sleep

★The well appointed apartment is furnished with high quality furniture & all beds & bathrooms are supplied with good quality linen & towels.

★The underground parking area has a private allocated space with lift access to the apartment or if you prefer free on street parking is available

★Spanish & U.K. TV plus Sky, movies & sports are included free of charge. Additional International TV programmes are available for an extra 25€. Please request at the time of booking

★The apartment is set in very quiet surroundings, which will enable you to work from home if necessary. There is adequate space for you to set up a work station for your laptop & an extension lead with a usb charging port should you choose to work on the terrace.

★Our housekeeping team are pleased to be able to offer guests staying for 7+ nights, a mid stay clean including a bed linen& towel change, at a cost of 50€ Please request this when making your reservation

★Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability & are charged at half the nightly rental rate. This will be confirmed 48 hours prior to check-in

★Please note there are stairs up to the main living area & the roof terrace therefore B41 may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties

★B41 is licensed with the Spanish Authorities.

★Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place prior to booking as I am unable to permit last minute cancellations

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
