“Highly recommended” The house is handsome, spotless and well appointed but it was the private rooftop terrace that really did it for me. Seems to get the sun all day and is perfect for barbecuing boquerones from the fishmonger a few doors up.
The house is in a great place, just off the main plaza handy for the shops & bars and close to the old Arab quarter and Gorge. It is well laid out with all the modern needs, wi-fi, TV, washing machine… More

I’m very sorry to hear you were disappointed Jill, especially after our manager went out of their way to arrange transport for you back to the airport, even putting you up at their own house en-route overnight, saving you an early start.
If you had mentioned you were having problems with the bath at the time, our manager could have helped you work it, as she’s checked now and it is working fine. With regard to equipment: we do have a traditional Spanish coffee maker in the cupboard and as many come to Casa Azul for the authentic Spanish experience, the lack of a TV is usually seen as an attraction. I can’t comment on the courtyard other than to say that Andalusia is often a very dry and dusty atmosphere and that the courtyard was cleaned before you arrived.
