Our luxury villas are at your disposal for the vacation of your dreams. Luxury Villas Zakynthos are located in close distance from the capital of Zakynthos (Zante) , and more specifically in the beautiful areas of Vassilikos and Lithakia. Within reach you have access to some of the most famous beaches of the island. In our villas we impersonate all our affection for hospitality.
At the exterior grounds there are private jet stream system swimming pool, shower, BBQ and parking.
Catch the sun rising from the sea and enjoy the early birds chirping!

“Fantastic service, accommodation and view !”

My wife and 8 year old daughter had the most fantastic experience at these villas of any Greek island we have stayed at. The owners Dinoula and Athena are truly wonderful people and their genuine warmth and hospitality made this an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay. The quality of the accommodation and the wonderful view of the Ioanian Sea are exceptional. We will be back!

We rented a villa with two other couples. It was the perfect space to gather with friends and enjoy each other while it still had our separate spaces for privacy (i.e. separate floors with bathroom, kitchen, balcony, lounge area). The space was spectacular with a lot of character, a stunning view and best if all we loved the owners. They were very accommodating and did all the extra details to assure your stay was most memorable. We ordered house made Greek food from them one night and it was better then any other restaurant we tried on the island. It was incredible...a must do if you want to experience country Greek cooking. We most definitely will return and we highly recommend to anyone staying here. A trip to never be forgotten.

Nice property with a beautiful view and great sunsets. The swimming pool is just the right size to have a small splash if you don't fancy travelling to the next beach. Bit of a challenge to access the property as the road is a bit steep. In general most side roads are a bit of a challenge so get something that can go off-road. One of the best features is that you have a Tavern at the top on the main road which serves great food. So if you don't fancy taking the car or don't want to cook or BBQ then "crawl" up the hill to the Tavern. A few more Taverns can be found little further away which also serve great food. Everything was relaxed and calm no stress or hurry. Athena gave us a warm welcome and was a great resource for trips. Can't think of anything bad really. Well OK TV reception was limited to very few channels but to be honest you don't want to be spending your vacation watching TV. We'll be coming back for sure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
