Complete renovation of our Tucson home was finished in 2015! Watch the sun rise and set on the Tucson Mountains from the private patio...enjoy the solitude of bordering a desert common area, yet the security of a residential neighborhood!

* 20 minutes from downtown * 7 minutes from the Sonoran Desert Museum After a busy day of exploring Tucson, rest and relax in the open concept, single story, 2000 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 walk-in closets and 2 baths. It is one of 2 homes on a quiet cul-de-sac off the beaten track in a true residential neighborhood.

Nearby attractions include the Saguaro West National Monument & Gates Pass, International Wildlife Museum, the movie set of “Old Tucson”, the Tucson Mountain Park, San Xavier Mission, and the Kitt Peak Observatory. The closest golf course is 15 minutes away, and numerous courses are within a 30 minute drive. Hosts provide maps and information on local attractions, as well as location of numerous hiking trails.

(HOA only allows monthly rentals. If you wish to rent only for February 2017 for the Tucson Gem Show, rate will be higher.)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Noreen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
