“Great experience!” I loved the home because it was cozy, spacious, very clean and new! Even had a fun little putting green in the back as well as an outdoor fireplace with cozy outdoor furniture. The backyard was nice and private with an awesome view overlooking some mountains and hot air balloons floating high up above. The neighborhood was so beautiful and peaceful. Its a gated community so I felt very safe. So its a great place for families or even a group of adults getting away for a vacation. Some added bonuses were that there is access to a hot tub and pool in the community and only a short walk from the house. The people managing the property were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of and even gave great suggestions of what is around the area. I loved how there were awesome restaurants close by! Mellow Mushroom was one of my favorites and I have to eat gluten free. So I was amazed by how easy it was to find a variety of options for going out to eat near the house. Great shopping and movie theaters and other fun things close by to check out! Loved my stay there and definitely will be back again!! I already recommended a friend of mine and they had a wonderful experience as well.

“Carefree Casita” This was our second long stay in this Casita (6 weeks). We love the comfortable, homey atmosphere, location within the Boulders Resort property. The front and back patios are convenient for grilling, dining and relaxing. We have felt at home the minute we arrive. The master suite is large with the washer and dryer in the toilet area, double sinks, walk in closet and separate tub and shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot and pan you could possibly need. We cooked simply or ate out but it was nice to know I could make something more elaborate if I wanted to. The location is one of the reasons we rented this casita. We love the proximity to Carefree Village center with its grocery, shops and restaurants while not being in a super crowded area. The town of Cave Creek is just down the road with a twice weekly bull riding, library, postoffice and innumerable restaurants and shops. The Casita is close to highways and good roads to access all sights in the Greater Phoenix area. Really can't say anything negative about our stay at this property. This is a free standing home and as such is a do it yourself property.
