CROMER, TRIMINGHAM on NORFOLK, NORTH Norfolk Coast, near Mundesley, Bacton and Norfolk Broads, Lovely cosy 2 bed caravan. , Lovely Sea and rural views from lounge. Brilliant site with all facilities. On site Swimming Pool, Big club House, Games room, Cafe, Shop.....10 mins from beach, Also 5 mins from Gimmingham Fishing Lakes Perfik!! Cromer is only a 10 minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants, pier with theatre, pubs, supermarket, museums, cinema, amusements, train and bus station.

Week or part week hire...

Small well trained dogs welcomed.

• Perfect location for coastal walks, bird watching, golf, fishing or a relaxing or family break.

. Golf club only 20 mins away.

• 6 Berth 2 bedroom Caravan .. ( 1 x double, 2 x single and dining area converts to double)

• Lounge area with Pull out double bed, Gas Fire, Selection of DVDs and games cupboard.

Fully equipped Kitchen with gas oven, fridge/freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster etc

• Shower room with sink, toilet, and shallow hip bath for children.

• Own Parking space outside and we will be adding a storage box with windbreak, buckets and spades,.

• New Large Viewing and seating decking area

• 10 mins from beach walking.

• Hire price includes gas

• Electric cards available at site office though meter is preloaded with 100 units (KW) which is more than enough for clement weather.

• Duvets/pillows are provided but NOT bed linen or towels / Tea towels.

• There is club house and bar onsite which offers meals all day and some form of entertainment most nights though main night is Saturday.

• There is a laundrette and a small site shop for all the basic groceries.

• There is also an Adults swimming pool and a child's swimming pool next to club house and only yards from the caravan.

• Small well behaved dogs allowed.

• This is a NO SMOKING van.

• WiFi is available from another site but a bit hit and miss. Good voadaphone signal though if you use internet through your mobile. We can supply a PAYG MIFI for internet access if required.

Just as it says on the box. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay,perfect for a walk along beach to Mundesley or further wherever you fancy. Spotted seals and deer on our tramps. Caravan itself perfect for our needs,everything we needed and more , lovely quiet location. Mundesley has a great butcher selling all you need and a top Chinese takeaway, caravan site clubhouse really good value, all in all great value holiday and highly recommended.

Had a really good stay at trimingham, the caravan was well equipped for us and they provided duvets and pillows. Our dog also came along. Had a few warm days.

A lovely caravan in a great location just five minuites from some great beaches on a well kept quiet site. Our only regret was we didn't book it for longer . Hope to return soon

This is our second time in staying at this lovely, clean and comfortable caravan. We could not ask for more, it lives all up to what is said on the packaging! We enjoyed our stay so much wish it could have been longer than one week - our 2 dogs also think the same! Thank you Richard for helping us to sort out the booking

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
