The property is located in a strategic area than all the city's attractions, including beaches, historical and cultural sites, a 20-minute walk from the train station (5 minutes by car or public transport).

The apartment has air conditioning, heating, kitchen, fridge and freezer, toilet and shower facility, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies where you can enjoy a beautiful view from the Hill of San Giusto and the Church of Montuzza to the Miramare Castle, passing a wide view of the city and the hills that surround the town. Tv and wifi are free. The apartment is a way to experience the city from within, sharing life, experiencing a different reality from that of origin, especially if it comes from outside Italy.

The property is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post offices and banks; within walking distance of the Ospedale Maggiore di Trieste, a ten minute walk from the children's Hospital Burlo Garofalo; on the road to the Cattinara hospital. It is well connected to the public transportation system, as well as with private lines to and from Slovenia and Croatia, as well as the motorway network for Venice, Udine, Milano, Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Croatia.

Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed Trieste. Trieste is not a very modern town therefore its buildings are nearly all made before eighties so they have small elevators. But we are lucky of having one.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giovanna (the owner) a message.

If Giovanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
