This delightful mid-terraced cottage is situated in the village of Trefor in Gwynedd, North Wales.Bythynnod Newydd is a delightful mid-terraced cottage situated in the village of Trefor in Gwynedd, North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is free roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a lawned garden to the rear with a patio area and furniture. Bythynnod Newydd is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Amenities: Electric storage heaters and wood burning stove in sitting room. New integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility and Tassimo Coffee Machine. Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD Player, WiFi. The property also has a selection of board games, books and children's toys. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Free roadside parking outside, on a first come first served basis. Large rear garden with lawned area and patio with furniture & BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 minutes walk, beach 10 minutes walk. Note: The property is accessed up 6 steps from the pavement. Note: The rear garden is accessed over a rear access lane and there are 4 steps up to the garden. Note: The pub is only open on selected days, it is not dog friendly and does not serve food

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The village of Trefor is surrounded by sea and mountains, overlooking Caernarfon Bay, and enjoys a harbour with stone breakwater pier and sheltered sandy beach. The village benefits from a convenience store, Post Office and licensed social club. Nearby, in the village of Llithfaen, are the Welsh Language and Heritage Centre and restaurant. Nefyn lies 7.5 miles away and is home to a two-mile stretch of sandy beach, along with a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and the award-winning golf club is popular with families and couples alike. Clynnog is also within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli, Abersoch, Caernarfon, Portmerion and Bangor. The start of the Snowdonia National Park is 5 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks. With its proximity to such a wide range of destinations, this area makes a superb base for a break in North Wales.
