Treasure Island Beach Villa

Our Treasure Island Beach Villa is one of our best selections of a vacation home in all of Treasure Island.

This rental house is an amazing beachfront property with a private pool. Rejuvenate your mind, body and soul at this unique beach rental.

This luxurious home will accommodate all your needs with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodating 14 guests total. This rental property features all of the amenities that you could want on your vacation.

Our Treasure Island vacation home has three 3 levels and boasts 4,000 square feet.

Ground Level:

The ground level features a two car garage. Ground level features access to the private pool and beach in addition to an outdoor kitchen with a bbq propane grill. There is also a game room that features a pool table and shuffleboard. 2nd Level:

The second level features the Master bedroom with a King size bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has beach views and access to a balcony. The second bedroom boasts a Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the second bedroom, there is a bonus kids area that has a pull out sofa. The kids area features a playstation with a few games, dvd movies, toys and books. The little ones will have a wonderful time in this area. The fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining room are also located on the second floor. The kitchen is open to living area, which has great gulf views. There is a balcony that faces the gulf right off of the living room area, which can be accessed through both the master bedroom and the living area.

3rd Level:

The third level features the third bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom and a terrace with intercoastal views. The fourth bedroom boasts two Queen size beds, a private bathroom, beach views and a balcony that faces the gulf. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa located in the den room on the third floor.

There are a total of two balconies where you can enjoy the majestic beach views.

Each bedroom comes equipped with comfortable bedding and a full bathroom.

This exquisite beach house has a great bonus on the first level - A game room with a pool table that goes out a wonderful outdoor kitchen area.

Treasure Island is located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast and is blessed with miles of gorgeous white sand beaches that boast that "Old Florida" feel. At either end of the island, you will find entertainment and things to do including John's Pass to the north and Blind Pass to the south. St. Pete Beach is a short Jolley Trolley ride from the property. You will find Trolley Stops every block or so all along the entire length of Gulf Boulevard. Treasure Island offers you and your family a quiet "laid back" atmosphere while being just a short drive from Florida's major theme parks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
