“Lovely lake view house” The house was very clean tidy and spacious with a Great Lake view in a nice quiet gated community near to the parks but far enough away from the hustle and bustle perfect to chill out after a day at the parks ( or shopping malls )

“Great location, fabulous pool!” The villa is in a great location, in a small development tucked away, but close enough to all the parks, shopping, restaurants etc. Ideal if you want somewhere quiet. The size of the villa was great; there was only the 3 of us, but room for loads more. The pool was the best bit for us; we spent loads of time either in it or chilling out on the patio. The owner was really helpful before & after the holiday too. If you go from November onwards, the neighbour has an amazing Christmas light show!

“A wonderful Vacation Villa” This was our fifth visit to this gated neighborhood (our second visit since September) but our first stay in this villa. We loved it! Everything was perfect. The security system offered an added comfort. The extra large pool was amazing ... and the view of the lake was breathtaking. The managing company called and checked on us, and came by to make sure that the pool was heated to our comfort level. We have never been contacted before and that was a delightful touch. The house was beautifully decorated with a brand new TV as well as an Xbox. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable. The house was equipped and supplied with everything we could possibly need including a few unexpected bonuses ... bikes, pool toys, gas grill, and every possible cooking appliances. The master bedroom and the living room both had ceiling fans... Which is a big deal when you're in Florida! :0) This is one villa we would definitely stay in again. A five star stay!

“Lovely villa in an excellent location” We stayed here in July and had a fantastic time.Villa is a lovely well maintained property in an excellent location very close to a large Walmart and lots of eating places just off the 192.Very easy and quick to reach the theme parks less than 10 minutes from I4. Spoke to the owner Jacque a few times who was lovely and very helpful we would highly recommend this villa.

“Wonderful vacation home” I rented this house for 6 days for our family’s Disney vacation. The house was wonderful. Great location, very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely book again.

“Country near the city” We stayed at this lovely home in Florida for our week vacation. My daughter's 7th birthday. We went to Disney as well. It's a bit of a distance from big stuff like Walmart and shopping. But we love a "country" setting plus traffic in Orlando is crazy. Dollar general and family dollar on both ends of the home. Aldi isn't far away and we enjoy the low prices. We used the community pool which was super clean and the house was completely stocked, coffee,pots, pans all dishes you could ever need and a waffle iron that my daughter was most excited about. It was clean, had toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap. Everything was clean. The TV had Netflix and other ways to watch pretty much anything you wanted. Upon arrival, we had a problem with the door code lock but messaged the owners and they let us in immediately... We don't have those fancy things where I'm from . Our check in time and arrival time was way off but the owner said to come at our convenience that helped tremendously The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were super friendly. If you have a pet or a child the house works well for both. Fenced in back yard. Toys and coloring stuff in the living room for children. I can't say enough good things about this vacation rental or the owner... If youre out and about visiting the area there's a park to your right on the main road with dog park super nice as well. And don't forget the roadside food stands AMAZING! Watermelon and other fruits sold there as well... Overall, great experience and my extended family wants the booking info as well!
