“AMAZING Condo!” This was by far, hands down, the best place to stay! This condo is set up well, decorated adorably and fully equipped with anything you can imagine you would need. The kitchen is completely stocked with any cookware or gadget you may need. I highly recommend this condo. It was much closer to all of the Disney parks than I expected it to be.

“Larger than we expected” The condo was clean and larger than we expected. It is close to all the major attactions in Orlando and was within walking distance to the convention center. I did not get to enjoy all the amenities of property because I was at a conference for 4 days, but the property was well maintained. The only gripe that I would have would be that the phone did not work when we arrived and the TV kept going out.

“Paradise is this condo and all it offers absolutely beautiful.” Service Both the owners alvina and her management company (Nancy) made this so easy to book and confirm, also full instructions, directions and additional information were supplied before we left home. In all very helpful and alvina is such a wonderful person to deal with. The Condo One word (Wow) perfect in every detail just as described on website could not fault this in anyway, every single thing you need is supplied and more. The beds and linen made for a great nights sleep, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed ( although we dined out each night ) brilliant laundry room we come home with no washing to do. The televisions in each room kept my grand kids happy. Location and amenities Vista Cay is situated in the most perfect location literally minutes from everything you need in orlando, you could walk to sea world if you wanted, and 10 min. To universal 25 min. to magic kingdom could not get any better. The facilities at the club house are excellent fully equipped pool area, shop games area for all ages, and a pool bar with a daily happy hour which was so reasonable, the gym was so well equipped if you need it, and all staff were so helpful. Liked Best area is fantastic supermarket 2 mins, from door and Walgreens at the entrance also you feel part of a community while your there, lots of other holiday makers there so there's a great feel about the place. But the Condo is the star of the show alvina has created a beautiful home and we loved it so much I am spreading the word and will be back as soon as my grand kids sort there school breaks out as one will now be in secondary school. “Best Vacation Rental Ever!!! Beautiful!!!!” I don't normally go out of my way to sing the praises of others, but this condo was gorgeous!!! I'd say it had all the comforts of being at home, but to be honest it was better than my home. He had the place fully stocked as well with absolutely anything we might need. Beach Towels, Kitchen Supplies, Tennis Rackets, Complementary Beverages, he even had a GPS System in the room to help people find their way around Orlando. The décor was stunning and the Marble Countertop in the bathroom was amazing!! But, I'm a gemology dork so... Anyway, this was by far the nicest place I've stayed while on vacation and for less than most of the hotels in the area. This place was a bargain!!!! I plan on renting it again next year!!!

“Just what we needed.” My wife and I just stumbled on this condo through Flipkey for our stay in early Feb 2014. It was perfect and private being on the third floor in such a huge condo. A full screened in balcony from two bedrooms and living room gave this place a relaxing and yet outdoor feeling as my wife and I enjoyed played cards and reading at the balcony table. As well we liked the very close proximity to the pool and large hot tub. We loved it all and the unit itself had everything and I mean everything you needed for a completely relaxing time. We weren't looking to do the parks so the location was on the outskirts of the high traffic areas which made for a quiet atmosphere. Many restaurants and shops very close as well. We enjoyed taking walks around the very lush tropical grounds. I enjoyed the fitness room and the pool area was fabulous with wonderful lounge furniture. We will stay here again at our next Florida get away!!!

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, and roomy!” We have a large family, with 5 kids. We brought my mother with us on vacation, giving us a whopping 8 people to accommodate, for a week and this condo gave us plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! The gated community is great! Clean and quiet with plenty of parking.

“Very Good Location and Clean Unit” This 3 bedroom unit is exactly a represented. We used this for a family get together and it was perfect. It overlooks a pond with Sea World in the distance. It is a short, direct drive to Universal, abiut 10 min. Publix Grocerier store is within walking distance. Also, next door to Publix is a great pizza restaurant. Did laundry the last night and couldn't get the dryer to work. Hope they fixed that. Free Wifi. Nice pool. Close to Internatioal drive with a lot of dining choices. Would certainly stay here again.

“Great Condo, Room for everyone!!” I stayed at this condo on a trip to Disney. The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was great having 2 living rooms as the in-laws got up earlier and we got to sleep on the other side of the condo without even knowing anyone was up. All rooms were very nice. The hardwood floors were amazing. Everything we needed was there and we didn't have to go get much but food. Transaction was very easy and we got our deposit back very fast. Would stay again without a questions. Thanks Iverson.
