“My family could not have chosen a nicer home!” My wife, two younger daughters and in-laws had the opportunity of staying at Savannah during our Spring holiday. The title of my review says it all. I found Andy a joy to work with and the home was simply lovely. My daughers said it was "the best house in Florida"! The community was lovely and the gate added a nice touch. It was so nice and quiet you just couldn't help but relax! The house was utterly spotless with nothing out of order. It was close to all the major attractions (15 minutes) and as far as groceries and things of that nature everything was within a 5 minute drive. Frankly anything and everything a younger family might need was already in the house and if not...within a stone's throw away. My family and I look forward to staying at Savannah for many many years to come!

“Outstanding home” Our vacation was made by staying in this very homely villa nothing like the ones we have stayed in before. Could not get the children out of the pool, close to all the parks situated on a well kept estate. Would recommend and will be using this villa again. Ray and family

“Excellent Stay in a lovely villa” As a frequent villa visitor to Orlando and a travel agent i am delighted to say this is one of the best villas i have stayed in. We traveled as 2 families with children aged form 6 months up to 15yrs. I have stayed in over 10 villas in the Orlando area, most of them booked through very reputable package companies and this villa is by far a higher standard. This villa is decorated to a high standard and kept immaculately clean throughout. All bed linen, towels and other items are new, clean and fresh. All appliances are to a high spec and in full working order. The pool area is very clean with a child safety net surrounding it for peace of mind. All the above points make this villa a winner and a home from home. San jay the owner was extremely polite and quick to answer and accommodate any queries i had. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa. Next time i travel to Florida i will be booking to return to San jays wonderful home.

“Great vacation home in Davenport/Orlando” We spend 11 nights in this very nice house, and it was a great stay! The house is located just south of Orlando in Davenport, but conveniently near the freeway (I4) so driving to the parks is no problem, It is about 15-20 minutes to Disney, and about 25 minutes to International Drive / SeaWorld. Very close to the house, you find several restaurants, drugstores, and supermarkets and even a doctor’s office. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and looks fabulous. The house itself is in excellent shape, and had everything we needed, and more! Also the process of booking went smoothly, so, all in all, a perfect house!

“Wonderful Stay” My family and I had the opportunity to stay 1 week. This house is amazing and comes equipped with everything you need to make our stay amazing, the owner John was very pleasant and addressed all of my questions promptly. They are stores and restaurants near by. The home has a game room in the garage in which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as card games to help pass the time. We will be staying agian in the future!!!
