“Nice vacation” I had a nice time staying in the house it was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful you can’t make noise after 9pm so me and my family didn’t get in the pool at night because we didn’t want anyone to complain that’s the only bad thing if you rent the house but I plan on staying again. I loved it. Hopefully when me and my family stay again we can enjoy the pool at night.

“Perfect villa for a perfect family holiday” May 2013 When we were searching for a villa near Disney there were so many options to choose from. However from the very first contact with Stephen the owner we could tell that he cared about his villa and guests. The quote we got was fully explained, there were no hidden extras. This was not the cheapest villa we could have booked, but I am so pleased we spent a bit more to get a modern, clean and excellently located villa. We just returned from 10 days at this villa May 2013.We had a fabulous time at this Lake Berkley Villa. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. Overall feel was very "at home" and we enjoyed our stay very much. Location was perfect and very convenient to everything...theme parks and stores, restaurants, etc. But also far away enough so that we can enjoy the peace & quiet. It was our special vacation celebrating 20 years married, and with our 2 children. Everything was perfect and we had a great 'family' vacation. Having lazy breakfast in the morning together on the pool deck patio, hanging out at the pool to cool off, just watching movies together in the livingroom laughing. Kids loved watching TV in their own bedroom, and helping themselves to snacks and drinks from the large fridge. Lake Berkley Resort is gated, secure and very safe. Everything is immaculately kept... We will definitely love to come back again.

“A Vacation Home to Remember” This property was perfect! The location is great it's near everything. Disney World is just 20 minutes from this house. After long days of exploring Disney World and Universal Studios we found an Oasis of Calm to cool down and reenergize. We were two families and we rent this beautiful house for 2 weeks. We can't say enough good things about it. It exceeded our expectations. It is so big and spacious it has everything you could possible need and more. The furniture and decor is amazing, the pool is absolutely wonderful. Everything in the owner's description is accurate, the house is really much more than described. We never want to leave it! Thank you very much Lee for renting us your wonderful home. We had an incredible time!!!

“Fantastic villa - beautifully maintained to an excellent standard. Superb location too!” We would thoroughly recommend this villa. It is beautiful inside and furnished to a very high standard. It looks believe it or not exactly like it's photos - very spacious and comfortable. Both the kitchen and family area are just right for relaxing after a hard day in the parks. The bedrooms are all great with huge comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities with extra little touches such as hairdryers in every bathroom. We travelled in a group of two families with 4 small children (aged 5-9) and they loved it. There is plenty of entertainment for them with the pool (which is small but very kid friendly) and the fantastic TV system with all the movies already on there. Windsor Hills is a safe gated development - very pretty and peaceful. It has a lovely communal pool, but the villa was so nice we hardly used it. The location can not be faulted - a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the disney parks and about 20 minutes from Universal - what more could you want. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this villa and it completely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go back and already have friends queuing up to book!! Thanks also to Jeff and Ash for looking after us to well - all the way through from booking to returning home - they even check in with you whilst there (as does the management company) to make sure everything is perfect. Really cannot fault this villa so get booking!!

“Home away from home...” I know most of us take vacations to kinda get away from it all but when you have little troops vacationing with you there has to be some kind of a home feel even when it's not. This vacation rental had all of the amenities we needed. The place was set up so nicely that we didn't want to move anything. The days that we didn't spend at the parks were fun filled right at the clubhouse. There was a beautiful pool there with a jacuzzi set privately behind the pool. The distance from the resort to Disney World was short and pleasant. The splash pool was a real winner for the kids. They gave true definition to the word splash. Parking was right at the front door of unit. Beautiful stainless steel appliances. My wife, my kids and I all had an amazing time. If you are from the working class this is the way to vacation. Timeshares are a waste if you only get two or three weeks of vacation time a year. I recommend booking your week with Brandie Ricciardi now. She is a great person to deal with. I have spoken to her several times and she always sounded happy to speak with me about any questions I had. Thank you Brandie.

“Fun time in Florida” We rented a house during the holiday season to see the MSU game at the Capital Bowl. We rented a wonderful house. It was perfect for our family. Close to the bowl activities, Universal Studios, restaurants and Magic Kingdom, but far away to get away from the traffic and crowds! The house was clean, the pool was nice, it is in a nice community too. Near orchards it smelled nice too.

“A real Paradise!!!!” This was our second visit to this Perfectly named paradise. It is wonderful to arrive on holiday to a home that is so welcoming and yet elegant. The house was a perfect base for us for our park hopping and everything in the home is provided to the highest quality and yet it is a real home from home. We really hope to be able to visit Mickey's Paradise sometime in the future and would highly recommend anyone to visit.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else??
