“Perfect for Beach Lovers” The views from this Condo are amazing. You cannot get better access to the beach!!! Everything was clean and well done aesthetically. We enjoyed our time, especially my husband who loves the Atlantic Ocean, thoroughly. Onsite parking is a great asset as is the elevator to the 4th floor. Helena and Robert were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat! .

“Excellent newly furnished penthouse right on the beach” This place is fabulous, everything is just as it looks in the pics. What is truly amazing is that the whole place has just been completely refurnished and everything is brand new, everything from the beds to the tv. It really isn't easy to find such a well furnished place in the miami area to rent. This is a large penthouse on the top floor with a great view, The Tides building is right on the beach were the beach is clean, wide and shallow (I couldn't see public entrances to the beach for quite a few miles so the beach is nice and quite). It has great amenities including two heated pools with plenty of deck chairs for everyone and a complete gym. 24 hour concierge and vallet parking is really useful. The great thing about this location is that its right next to the I-95 that takes you quickly up to the sawgrass outlets or down to aventura and Miami Beach. The kitchen has everything you need for 6 people or more, all beds were really comfortable and had that "new" feeling. We were 5 adults and all slept really well, including my 1 year old child since the owner even provided a baby crib. The owner is great, speaks fluent english and spanish and rapidly attends all your needs. I very much recommend staying here, I will surely be back! Thanks Marcelo!

“Wonderful experience” This vacation home and pool was very clean and everything in working order.. The house had everything you would need, very good washer and dryer. Most of all you felt very secure in the neighborhood. Located within short distance of restaurants on the water. This location was even more than I had expected.

“Escaping Winter” This beautiful home was our escape from a very harsh winter in Canada. The photos and description are exact ! Everything was perfect. Great kitchen, fantastic views of the water and we spent many of our days just watching the activity on the water - with yachts and smaller boats sail up and down the waterway. The yard is very quiet, neighbours both sides appeared to have no pets or children so it was very peaceful. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wishing to enjoy peace and tranquility. However, the location is fabulous as it is very close to great restaurants, beach, shops, Ft Lauderdale and Boca Raton.

“Has everything you could need or want” My 12 week stay is coming to an end and it's been wonderful. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet residential neighborhood and everything is only minutes away. Minutes to the gorgeous beaches, upscale shopping and dining on Las Olas, minutes to the party downtown scene, minutes to grocery shopping and farmer's market, movie theaters. Golf courses (many to choose from) are a 30-40 minute drive, but worth it. The apartment is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home. The apartment has private outdoor spaces for grilling and dining that makes it feel like living in a private home. Can't wait to visit again.
