Step out of your front door and immerse yourself in the warm, just steps from beautiful water and powdery white sand beach, complete with beach chairs and towels provided just for you!

This one-story house boasts a king bed with a TV in the bedroom, a full kitchen with dining space, and a step-in shower. Original hardwood floors add to the charm of the home, which also features a front and rear garden patio with a grill, perfect for enjoying the salty breeze and stunning views of the Pass-a-Grille Yacht Club.

Relax and unwind in a completely bright, airy, clean home. You'll have access to two beach cruiser bikes, two beach chairs, and two beach towels, so you can explore the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach and indulge in the many activities available, including birding, shelling, fishing, and walking.

After a day spent enjoying the island, come back to the SeaShell House to a completely cleaned and disinfected space, ready for your rest and relaxation. A BBQ and sitting area on the patio porch is perfect for grilling up some fresh fish from Shaners, the nearby gourmet deli that's been voted best on the beaches for years!

PET POLICY: We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, which is why the SeaShell House welcomes pets, subject to approval. Please send us a picture of your non-aggressive pet along with their name, and ensure you have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel, noting that your pet is on a vet-prescribed flea treatment/heartworm program. Please provide a copy of your pet's health certificate for our files three weeks before your arrival, and be responsible for picking up after your animal. There is a $45 cleaning fee for pet owners in a one-bedroom house.
