As a guest of the Villa, you will have access to the Bloomington Country Club, with all the benefits of a Private CLUB Membership including access to the Club Swimming Pool and Hot Tub - Pool hours are - MON-FRI: 9am - 9pm; SAT-SUN: 8am-9pm. You may also enjoy the clubhouse, restaurant and bar. Amazing Golf and tennis are pay as you play, There are free pickleball courts open to the public across the street available on a first come first served basis.

The newly renovated Bloomington Country Club is now even better with nightly rentals at the brand-new Bloomington Villas! The Villas have been professionally decorated and are fully stocked with all the comforts of home and much more! Spread out in this 2200 sq foot, beautiful spacious St. George, Utah Vacation Home. Featuring 2 King Master Ensuites with large walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom features a full over full bunk with a pull-out trundle. All mattresses are top-of-the-line to give you the best night's rest. This Villa comes equipped with cable tv for family entertainment! This Villa is located on the main level.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stovetop. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, toaster, spices, and mixing bowls to enjoy baking. The kitchen area will seat 10. The living room has comfortable couches and a chair, and a large flat-screen TV. You will also enjoy the large patio overlooking the Bloomington Country Club and Pool. The balcony features patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

With access to the country club's 18-hole championship golf course, resort-style swimming pool, championship tennis courts, and full-service restaurant and bar, you'll discover why the new Bloomington Villas are the best destination resort in St. George.

Was a great location in St George. The condo was very spacious and clean, with TV's in every bedroom. Great size pool, with easy access from the condo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
