Condos in Brian Head and Houses – Holiday Lettings - Holiday Rentals Brian Head
“Uncompromising Luxury ... says it all!” This condo more than lived up to our expectations. It is very roomy and beautifully furnished, with an excellent view and location. The unit is exceptionally well equipped and the owners were great to work with. We will rent this condo again. It was an escape for us from the desert heat, but we are now anxious to go there during the winter season -- the location is fantastic!
Nestled in the Dixie National Forest, the town of Brian Head is surrounded by beautiful red-rock and canyon views. Add in the abundance of outdoor activities, historical sites, and friendly locals, and it's easy to see how Brian Head has become one of the premier holiday destinations in the state. Most of the shops and restaurants throughout Brian Head can be found along Main Street, but the town is small enough that anything you wish to reach can be accessed by foot.
While you're in Brian Head, be sure to also make time for these activities and must-see destinations that highlight the beautiful outdoor scenery of the region:
Go Skiing: With a base elevation of over 9,600 feet, Brian Head is the highest point in the region, which means that the mountains are full of white snow perfect for skiing in the winter months.
Marathon Trail: For an afternoon of hiking, this site has an excellent variety of terrain and scenery for all skill levels and ages.
Scout Camp Loop: A historic steam engine and beautiful alpine meadows are some of the highlights of this local trail.
Dixie National Forest: Located just east of Brighton, this forest is a popular site amongst locals for camping, hiking, and tubing.
Despite the small size of Brian Head, there are plenty of big events held in the town throughout the year. Take part in a truly unique experience at the Two-on-Two Snow Basketball Tournament in March, cheer on the riders competing in the ski competition known as Rail Jam in April, or enjoy the games and live performances that are part of the Spring Carnival in April.
Luckily, there's a holiday rental available in Brian Head that has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Rent a luxury condo downtown, or book a cabin in the woods close to the mountains and skiing options for a perfect home away from home.
In addition to all the attractions within Brian Head, one of the main appeals of the area is its close proximity to several other cosy towns and villages. If you have some extra time to explore, visit the desert scenery of Payson and the historical attractions of Cedar City.
