Just 30 miles from downtown Austin this 3300 sq ft lake house with Panoramic Views is located on a wonderful deep-water Colorado River Channel of Lake Travis. Perfectly situated in a private residential area of Lake Travis Waterfront vacation homes."Lighthouse Lodge" is the perfect property for fun and relaxation on Lake Travis! It's the perfect getaway for lakefront fun! Plenty of outdoor seating and year-round Lake access with stairs that lead you down to the water. Private overlook with a picnic table included for gathering with family and friends for a delicious meal and a beautiful view. The large windows offer incredible views, the outdoor spaces have incredible panoramic views and sunsets you won't forget. The kitchen is fully equipped for great cooking and baking, the beds are comfy, the towels are plush, and there is plenty of space to spread out yet still feel together.

Enjoy the air hockey table, board games, SmartTV’s equipped with Roku, and a variety of outdoor water activities. We provide one child's kayak and two adult paddleboards. There is an assortment of life jackets available for use as well. After a fun day, relax on any of the provided outdoor furniture for a spectacular view. The house sleeps 10 comfortably in beds with 3 bedrooms. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a Kitchenaid Mixer, Ninja Blender, Keurig and coffee maker, a full knife set amongst every gadget you could need, and more! Off of the kitchen is a dining space overlooking the water with ample seating and incredible views. The living room features a smart TV with free Netflix and cable! There is also a bedroom that sleeps a queen bed and a full shared bathroom. Along with everything else, there is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer ready for your use. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, soft and plush linens, and pool towels!

When you head downstairs, there is a bedroom that sleeps 2 bunk beds! The bottom bunks are full-sized and the top bunks are twin-sized beds. There is also a full-sized bathroom accessible to the bedroom and a game room, equipped with an air hockey table and a bar overlooking the water. There is also a second living area with a Smart TV to watch movies and relax.

From the main level, head up the wooden stairs to the primary bedroom for some spacious relaxation. Connected to the Primary bedroom, is a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone bathtub. Upstairs also includes a loft with comfy seating to read a book, a table to play games at or work from home! The panoramic views from the upstairs loft are breathtaking you will not want to leave.

Briarcliff Marina is right down the road in a car or via water and offers daily slip rentals, water sport rentals, and boat rentals! The slips at the bottom of the house are not available for guest boat use as they are custom-made for certain boats and the boats are kept there year-round. If you are looking to explore the area outside of the home and water, check out El Gaucho Winery, shop in Lakeway or Bee Caves Galleria, explore Pace Bend Park, or head downtown for some local Austin spots! You will not be searching for things to do!

We are pet friendly there is a $200 fee per stay. Max 2 doggies.
