Anguilla close is furnished in a modern style. The living room has a colour T.V. with DVD player, seating for 4 people and a sofa. French doors lead out to the balcony, and from here views over the harbour out to sea, and to the harbour shops and restaurants, and extensive views over to Hastings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with floor and wall mounted cupboards, and work surfaces. There is a washer dryer, double electric oven with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The family bathroom leads from the hall with bath with a shower fitment hand wash basin, and toilet. The master bedroom is a very spacious double with sea views, and there is a double wardrobe and en suite shower room. A door from this room also leads out to the balcony. From the apartment walks along the key side over the bridge to the Harbour cafe's and restaurants and to the complex where all the major retail shops can be found including Asda super store. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate. Pevensy fishing village and seafront is also close by..

Property was exactly as described; very clean and comfortable and set in a quiet location with easy access to the harbour and Eastbourne town centre.
