Description

A beautiful three bedroom, contemporary self catering holiday townhouse on the waterfront. Part of the prestigious Sovereign Harbour development in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

The property is located in the Piazza private gated development right on the waterfront commanding beautiful views over the waterway between the main and southern harbours. The house is finished to a high standard with two allocated parking places. It is ideally located just a short walk to the marina centre including bars, shops, restaurants and a multi screen cinema.

There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, while the third double bedroom suite occupies the top floor of the property complete with its own en suite and roof top terrace. There is a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The lounge is a good size with comfortable seating and large screen TV. There are two set of french windows leading directly on to a large balcony looking directly over the water. There is also a dining room with seating for six plus two large comfortable armchairs ideal for curling up with a good book. The property has a pretty garden also looking directly out over the water.

Had a fabulous long weekend at the Piazza. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. Quality of crockery, bedding etc all very good. Some lovely touches throughout. Superb location with easy access to Eastbourne and surrounding area. Loved being by the water watching the boats and close to some good restaurants. Beds very comfortable. We have hired a lot of houses over the years and this certainly is one of the best we have stayed in.

The Piazza Townhouse is spread over four floors with good views of Sovereign Harbour. Access to the waterside, restaurants, shops (about 10 minutes walk) and the shingle beach (about 15 mins) is easy. The House is luxuriously furnished and there's all the equipment you'll need for a pleasant stay. The two parking spaces are helpful. The owner Chris was quick, easy, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I think you'd struggle to find a place that is as spacious, has such pleasant surroundings and is as tidy as this for the same money. We'll be back next year for sure.

How do damage deposits work?
