Fully equipped luxurious 3 bedroom cottage with private pool conveniently located in the heart of Skala town on the South coast of Kefalonia. This holiday will surely be a memorable one especially for people looking for a peaceful and quiet environment, while being in an active neighborhood. Numerous attractions and things to do at your doorstep, with Skala beach just a stroll away.

The Space:

Lovely spacious home with 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom and large living area, open space fully equipped kitchen, perfect location access to sea and private pool. A built in barbeque in the back yard together with the incredible relaxation of the private pool will almost make you not want to leave home. Or if you are looking to recharge with drinks and a meal after a long day at the beach or sightseeing you are less than a five minute walk from various restaurants and bars.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
