“PERFECTION !!!” This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful villa. We do not often go back to the same place more than once but because this villa and destination ticks all the boxes it is very difficult to resist returning to. I do believe you would be very hard pushed to find a villa in Kefalonia as perfect as Villa Alto Mare. The villa is situated in such a peaceful, quiet area but is just a 5 minute walk to the stunning Alaites Beach and it's lovely taverna.The harbour of Fiscardo is about a 10 minute drive away where we spend most of our evenings. Catherine is a lovely and very efficient host who we feel very safely looked after by. We will be returning to the villa with our 3 children once again next year as we feel extremely confident that it will provide us with a very relaxing and peaceful holiday in luxury accommodation with spectacular views. We could on and on ..Perfection !!!

“A little piece of paradise!” We felt very priviledged to stay at Stavros Villa for three weeks this September. The villa itself is beautifully maintained and full of interesting artifacts. The pool area is delightful and a little piece of paradise! Stavros and his daughter, Athina, looked after us and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The villa is close to the village of Maganos which has provision shops and a couple of tavernas, one of which has Greek music in the week - very enjoyable, especially the dancing! We were only a ten minute drive from beautiful Fiskardo where we spent many a happy evening trying out the restaurants right on the waterfront. From here, you can either hire a boat and take yourself off on excursions around the island, or join a boat trip for the day to other islands. We would like to say a big thank you to Stavros and Athina for looking after us so well; their beautiful villa was our home for a few short weeks - the perfect place to unwind and relax!
