Bike to Crescent Beach Public Access, only .7 mile! This is a darling 2 bedroom, 1 bath updated and a lovely furnished condo in the very popular Bay Oaks on Siesta Key, Florida. The amazing amenities include access to a private fishing pier, private tennis court, billiard room, clubhouse, BBQ area, a heated swimming pool, plus it is a short distance from world renowned Siesta Key Beach with its white, powder sand. Take a trolley ride to Siesta Beach. This amazing complex was featured on HGTV at least twice.

An adorable 789 sqft ground floor, two bedroom, one bath condo with all of the amenities you are looking for in a fun yet relaxing atmosphere. This particular unit is located close to the intracoastal waterway where you can relax by the pool or enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Nearby is the barbecue grill and picnic tables where you can enjoy a cookout with family and friends, easily and conveniently. Any time of day enjoy a stroll along the tropical palm trees and tall shade oaks that line the brick pathways throughout Bay Oaks or just relax with a good book on a nearby bench; enjoy watching the boats cruise by and the dolphins play. The "C" building is close to the bay where you can watch a sunrise early morning while sipping on your latte or lay by the pool anytime of day and get your tan on. This is a particularly nice unit for the screened patio that provides more open space and views than other condos close to other buildings.

This two bedroom condo has an open floor plan with new gray wood tile in the kitchen and main room. Main living room has a Smart TV for streaming apps, private WiFi, blu-ray dvd player, access to enclosed patio with table & chairs and beach accessories. There's a small yet full kitchen with brown speckled granite countertops, stainless built-in microwave, stainless oven/stove, white dishwasher, white refrigerator, dining area off the kitchen with table and chairs that seats 4 people. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar for two with accessible glass front cabinetry and countertop space. We have pots, pans and a full kitchen setup, however we do not provide any consumables such as oil, vinegar, coffee, etc.

Master bedroom has new white wood furniture, ceiling fan, two closets, and a queen bed with a night stand. Also included is a 23" flatscreen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a new heavy duty wooden bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. There is a wardrobe armoire but no closet in this bedroom. The bathroom has been updated with Corian countertop and a large step-in tiled shower.

Also have extra twin mattress which is stored under the guest bed. The extra twin would be best if moved to the living room when in use.

Bay Oaks is a prime location with just a short 7 minute bike ride to #1 rated Siesta Key Beach or take the FREE shuttle! Less than a 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach where you can enjoy walking on the crystal white sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Crescent Beach has the same amazing sand as Siesta Beach! Close proximity to Siesta Keys greatest restaurants, shopping, golfing, music and entertainment, downtown Sarasota, Venice and more. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.

How do damage deposits work?
