Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, but within a stones throw of Sheringham's beautiful blue flag beach, Regis Cottage has recently been skillfully and sympathetically updated to be a luxuriously comfortable and cosy holiday retreat retaining elements of its past.

Sleeping up to six guests we aim to share our holiday home with couples, families, friends and their four legged friends to provide a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience.

The accommodation briefly comprises of:

A cosy sitting room to the front of the property with a luxury leather corner sofa and seating for six guests. There is a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

The sitting room leads to a comfortable dining room that provides ample dining space for six guests. There is also very cosy reading nook, with a large leather armchair and reading lamp - ideal for either a quiet moment with a good book or perhaps a doze after taking in the sea air.

A beautifully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, SMEG electric double oven and hob, microwave oven and a fridge and freezer. In the kitchen is a well-stocked under-sink cupboard containing washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, dishcloths and tea-towels. You’ll also find all the kitchen essentials such as foil, cling film and plastic bags supplied.

The luxury bathroom comprises a large bathtub and an over bath shower. Luxury hand wash and a hand towel are supplied.

Upstairs there are three luxuriously appointed bedrooms;

* A spacious bedroom to the rear of the property with a superking bed that can also be made up as a twin room with two full-size single beds

* A large bedroom to the front of the property with a double bed and beautifully furnished with antiques

* A bright and cheerful bunk bedroom, again to the front of the property.

All bedrooms provide ample hanging space and we supply an abundance of wooden hangers for your clothes. All high quality 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy bath sheets, hand towels and bath-mats are provided. All the beds are made up with hypo-allergenic 10.5 tog duvets, and all our beds have quality mattress and pillow protectors.

Just a two minute walk away from the beautiful beach and five minutes to the wonderful High Street, Regis Cottage is available for both weekly and short break hire throughout the year.

On the cul-de-sac outside the cottage there is a parking space for one car.

At the rear of the property is a private, sunny courtyard area, with a table and chairs ready and a BBQ provided.

Sheringham is a thriving little town, with a fantastic High Street and lots of activities throughout the year. It provides an ideal base to visit all the beautiful coastal villages of North Norfolk. Sheringham also boasts its own vintage railway station on the wonderful Poppy Line Steam Railway, which runs regularly between Sheringham, Weybourne and Holt.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
