From the owner

Self catering holiday in two bedroom cottage. Very comfortably furnished with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, kitchen, lounge and newly refurbished bathroom. Kitchen facilities include cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave oven and fitted kitchen units. Lounge area includes 2 x 2 seater leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and the other has recliner facility, large flat screen TV with freeview, and a newly fitted TV aerial, DVD player, Bose iPod docking station, coffee table and wooden floor with rug . Both bedrooms have had wooden floors fitted recently and have been redecorated this year. The outside of the property has also been repainted. The property has private parking facilities for up to three cars. The cottage is located approx 1 mile from Port Eynon, 3 miles from Rhossili, 4 miles from Oxwich Bay and 5 miles from Llangennith. There is an abundance of walks with fantastic views of the Gower peninsula including Worms Head. The beaches are all sandy with Llangennith famous for its surf, ideal for families and surfers. A big plus is the fresh produce that is available from the site shop as well as from local farms. Travel cot and highchair available on request. The site is on a bus route, time table available in chalet file.

The site offers laundry facilities and an indoor swimming pool during the summer months, the latter situated adjacent to the cottage.

Why can't I call Tony (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony (the owner) a message.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
