This Georgian terraced cottage is in the centre of Scarborough near to Whitby and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Wellington Place is a lovely Georgian terraced cottage situated just twenty miles from Whitby in North Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one twin (zip/link) together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburner and TV room. Outside there is roadside parking and a private patio with furniture. Wellington Place is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Xbox, iPod dock, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking outside property and in surrounding streets on first come, first served basis, with scratch card permit provided for 1 car. Additional parking via scratch card available at a charge of £1.60 per 4 days. Fully enclosed quaint courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: This property accepts a minimum of 2 night bookings.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child-friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music.
