THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AND IS SUITED BEST FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS THAT WANT TO RELAX. I HAVE A STRICT NOISE POLICY; QUIET HOURS FROM 9PM TO 8AM DAILY. Maximum number of guest at the house is 14, this includes visitors to the house not staying overnight.

This three story, 4050 sq. ft home has 5 bedroom and 4 1/2 baths with panoramic ocean views, rooftop jacuzzi, Gourmet kitchen, and private master suite with attached master bath.This incredible home is one of a kind, with unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean from both the first and second floor of the home. A Rooftop deck with jacuzzi puts you on top of the world in first class style. Prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen while watching the sunset, or enjoy a glass of wine on one of the two balconies with unobstructed Ocean views. The home also offers an enclosed backyard and outdoor patio.The house has 2 complete living rooms, Dining room seats 10-12, Gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, two ovens, commercial wok, subzero refrigerator and wolfe range with breakfast bar seating for 5.

Easy parking with one car garage and 2 off street parking space in quiet residential neighborhood. Located 5 blocks from the beach and quaint downtown OB, minutes from all major attractions and airport.

Bedroom 1:Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with wonderful view of the ocean from the comfortable king bed, Ensuite bath hosts black marble countertops with double sinks, makeup area, separate etched glass enclosed shower, two person jetted bathtub surrounded by etched glass windows. Separate water closet for privacy. Bedroom has large walk-in closet for your stay.

3 bedrooms are located on 1st floor of house. 1st bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath done in green stone with shower, sink and toilet, and door to 1st floor outside patio. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with memory foam topper, 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bed, great for the kids, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower, double sinks and toilet. The 5th Bedroom is detached from main home, located in back yard over garage on 2nd floor with ensuite and queen bed. Gives the couple that wants extra privacy their space but allows them to still be part of the whole house experience.

2nd floor has powder bath with toilet, sink and every guys dream a urinal.

Also available for additional sleeping blow-up beds for the floor.3 pack-n-plays, child’s blow-up and high chair.

Living Rooms: 1st Floor has a large living room with comfortable seating for 12, TV with surround sound, Stero system with sound throughout house, wet bar with small refrigerator and ice maker. Stone entry area and stairway to second floor encompass this room. Off this room is the laundry room complete with washer/dryer/ironing board and iron and door to 1 car garage. Hallway leads to bedrooms and baths.

Stairway up to 2nd floor leads to 2nd living room, this area hosts two reclining love seats and one comfy recliner chair, a fireplace, game table, and computer table for that person who wants to catch up on emails, if you can look away from the view long enough. Large stain glass window catches the morning sun rays. This living room is an open concept area encompassing the gourmet kitchen and dining area.

Gourmet Kitchen: This kitchen is wonderful and relaxing to cook in. The view, makes washing up a joy; the ocean view is right there. The kitchen has a subzero refrig/freezer, small drink refrigerator, dishwasher, two sinks, granite counters, Wolfe range with oven and griddle, separate dacor oven, commercial Wok, microwave and warming draw. Large pantry, breakfast bar seating for 5, teak wood flooring and nautical fixtures over stove and wok. Dining room is part of the open concept area of livingroom, dining room and kitchen. Dining table seats 12 and has a door leading to front deck for viewing the ocean and front street of house. Off the kitchen is a back deck with table for 8 and BBQ. Stairs lead to roof top deck complete with jacuzzi spa, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a view that cannot beat any other. During summer this area is a must for nightly fireworks at Sea World.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
